Emily S. at Walgreens Community has provided the most exceptional service I've ever had in 30 years of filling meds.Med management can be so stressful as you battle to get your critical specialty meds on time, but I never once have had a problem when I switched to Community Pharmacy and started working with Emily. She's removed all stress for me that has come with filling specialty medications.She's stayed on top of my refills, ordered them in a timely and diligent manner, thoroughly answered any medication questions I've had, responds quickly and has extended such kindness and care.Forever thankful and grateful for Emily's help and the experience I've had.

I have tried since April of 2023 to obtain a respiratory medicine from my local CVS. CVS would promise that they ordered the medicine but the "warehouse" would never send it to them. I relayed my frustration to my Pulmonary doctor and he told me about Community Pharmacy. Community pharmacy was able to not only obtain this particular medication, fill my prescription and deliver it to my house by the next day. I don't even live in Boston, yet they were able to provide extremely fast delivery. I will forever praise Community Pharmacy in Boston.

Great staff and have always managed to navigate insurance issues well. They're persistent and will work to get things approved and will follow up with physicians and insurers until it's done.

Pin location shows the wrong side of the building - access is from the south side, next to Friendly Toast.This is a pharmacy only, not also a convenience store like a typical Walgreens. Even the vitamins are behind the counter. So it’s a great small store to get a prescription filled by friendly people, but go elsewhere for bandaids or a sprite.

What can I say? Exceptional service. Post transplant they assisted me with the piles of pills I would be living on. Since then they have also shipped me meds I was unable to get locally (I live 3 hours away). Pharmacists seem very knowledgeable about Med interactions.

All the people that come to this place yet you dropped a big ball on covid this place is for the birds touts covid does not have any covid shots at all the driver that delivers for fed ex is awful have been waiting for meds lies and says he has been there several times a lie

This walgreens has better / kinder staff than any other pharmacy in the area or any pharmacy I've ever been to. I was an active addict and homeless in this area for a few years and when going to a 0pharmacy to get syringes, youre always looked at and judged. I've been told they don't have them for months at a time from every other pharmacy. The staff here is so kind. They greet you without any type of judgement whatsoever. They're always super professional and one of the pharmacists used to always ask me if I needed other stuff like alcohol wipes just to be kind. Anyways, this pharmacy is exactly that, a pharmacy. It's not somewhere to pick up your milk and shampoo. I dont have any kind of problem with that and indont know why others are giving bad reviews over that. They dint state that that's what they are. They're awesome point blank period.

This is just a pharmacy, not a full Walgreens, but they do participate in Walgreens rewards and other programs. They have more limited hours than a full Walgreens. But, they are fantastic for repeat customers. I have less common prescriptions and a busy schedule, and they always preemptively take care of things. They are incredibly helpful when brain fog, insurance pre-approvals and other day to day challenges of living with chronic illness come up. I initially picked them because they were near my work, but even though I work out of a different office location, I keep coming back because they know me, anticipate my needs, and have been generally sensitive to me as someone with "invisible" illnesses

This is one of the most conventional approach towards effectively connecting the consumer to not only picking up medication, but to our primary care physicians we utilize in submitting prescription. I am also a member and C.A.B directly connected with this particular location Via The Boston Living Center. It's over all the most unique pharmacy place in the country. I never miss or forget my medicine pick up because they are phenomenal with reminders and solutions that help us who have disabilities preventing in store pick up. They're able to deliver straight to my home. It proudly serves Boston's HIV/AIDS COMMUNITY THOROUGHLY
