This Walgreens is horrible, it’s a wonder how they’re still open. It literally looks like they could close their doors tomorrow based on the condition of the place. The pharmacy is just as bad. Waited on the phone for nearly 30 minutes just to talk to an actual person. Then when I did, she was less than helpful. I’ve had to pharmacy hunt for a specific prescription every month due to shortages. Nobody has ever said I couldn’t do that or that they couldn’t give out inventory information but this time that was the answer I got.First she said she needed my info if I have a profile there so she can give me that info, so I gave it to her. Then I asked if they had an alternative because they didn’t have what I needed and that’s when she said they can’t give that info. Mind you, this was after she gave me the info for the first prescription, after I’ve done this several times in the past, and after she was having trouble with the computer she was using. She sounded like it was a huge hassle to wait on a customer. Like I was keeping her from getting her nails done or something.At one point she said to tell my doctor to call and inquire! Lol, as if he’s going to call 4-5 different places looking for inventory that they should have! Yeah don’t think so. Then hung up on me! It really is hard to find competent professional people these days.This has got to be the lowest rated drug store in the state!!

The rudest staff I’ve encountered. I stood at the pharmacy desk for at least 5 minutes while staff went back and forth without a hello or acknowledgement. They are incredibly disorganized, making vaccine appointments but aren’t equipped for anyone to arrive or to administer the shots. Go elsewhere!

Called then to ask if they had a certain item in stock. Not only did I check site, I actually called them and they confidently said they has the item. Got there and they actually checked and said no they dont. "If there here then its in that isle" im sorry no thats not a yes or no. Before telling someone if they do or dont have a item in stock please actually check yourself. Otherwise someone is driving all around the world for nothing because you didnt bother to check and gave then a false answer.

They closed over Memorial Day weekend when my perception was there. I canceled it on the website and it stayed at in the process of canceling. I had my medicine sent to a different Walgreens and when I called customer service to make sure that the medication still wasn’t on canceled I got a call center in India that could not help me at all.

WORST WALGREENS EVER!! Place is run by clowns who don’t know how to do their jobs, ESPECIALLY Jodi and Elizabeth as seen on their tags. Do better.

Scheduled a vaccine appointment online days ahead of time. I showed up for the appointment and the vaccine wasn't available and I was told the store doesn't keep it in stock and that the online interface isn't accurate.

Employees at this location are a bunch of thieves..arrived 20 minutes prior to closing & employees refused to let me enter claiming the power was out. I sat in the parking lot & observed them back a vehicle up to the door & load bundles & bundles of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, miscellaneous other items into it. Apparently they were taking advantage of the cameras being out too. When I brought it to the managers attention the following day, when I could finally get what I needed there, I was met with a careless attitude and it appeared as if he may have been in on the heist too. Sad!

*Pharmacy Review* Every time I go pick up a prescription here I remember that I need to switch my drug store. Lines are frequently long with only 1 register open. Staff will literally look at you at the counter and not greet you with a “hello”, or “just one second” if they’re in the middle of something. Definitely lacking customer service.

Scheduled a vaccine for our toddler only to find out when we got there that they had run out the previous day and didn't bother to cancel our appointment or tell us. Complete waste of time.

There’s a check in for vaccines but we were told not to use it. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. Then another 20 to get the first person in line done. Absurd.

Disgusted that after explaining to the pharmacist that my elderly father was on oxygen and already waiting 45 for his flu shot appt. there was still no sense of urgency! No other people waiting as she stuffed bags!

Give it up to the entitled generation that doesn’t care; like the cashier today who was still texting on her phone while standing a foot away from me, and when I said hello, she seemed mad that I had interrupted her text. And yes, I’ll take my purchases in a BAG, as it would’ve been tough juggling all of it. Quit your job if it’s that intrusive.

Been to this store a couple times but will not go again. Managers are rude and incompetent. Staff are nice, but store was understaffed and you can tell they're overworked and stressed. My assumption is high turnover and bad work environment. Staff need to be cared for and store needs to hire better managers that actually care about the staff
