Post the hours!
The location closes down for lunch at 1:30 … which is in small print at the bottom of the ‘hours’ on the front door behind another sign. It’s listed Jo where else. It also contains the word ‘may’.
That means people are showing up and having the door literally slammed shut in their face with the above fine print listed as justification.
Employees may need lunch, but customer showing up with sick kids should know the joint is closed.
Just a horrifically poorly thought out policy with zero concern for customers.

Let’s bring the pharmacy rating into modern times. Horrible customer service. Requested medication be delivered same day however I’m still waiting to receive it. I’m too sick and contagious to go to store yet that’s what appears I need to do to get my meds. Every time I call I’m placed on hold. No one answers the phone. Absolutely horrible! Go elsewhere.

I have always had a good experience at this store. Pharmacy, cashiers, store help. I am courteous and they have been the same. I've been going to that store for over 20 years through changes in staffing, corporate changes and more. They may have issues with staffing as do other businesses. But noone has ever been rude to me. Thank you for your service Walgreens. Customer service is a tough business. I am giving them 4 stars because they don't always have what I want. But they do have substitutes. It's a supply chain issue. Not the store itself.

Don’t Go Here ❗️ … the store manager Patrick will follow you around if u a boy and flirt with you if you a girl . He creeps my little sisters out to the point they don’t feel comfortable without I or my brothers present .

Pharmacy: The pharmacist who gave me my shots (flu, hep and td) was courteous and kind. She gave additional information about the shots. Her process of giving the shots made it calming and comfortable. This was honestly the easiest way I ever received a shot. I would go back for her help. Please note, I didn't shop in the store. I only went to the pharmacy for requested travel shots.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Everytime I come to pick a prescription they say they don’t have it/don’t know what I’m talking about then “check the back” and find it. If you like to have your time wasted, then I recommend you come here. The pharmacy techs are fools.

The worst customer service in this pharmacy! You are going to the Pharmacy because you are sick and they are so rude and unapologetic. Go somewhere else if you can!!!!
