Pharmacy: The pharmacist who gave me my shots (flu, hep and td) was courteous and kind. She gave additional information about the shots. Her process of giving the shots made it calming and comfortable. This was honestly the easiest way I ever received a shot. I would go back for her help. Please note, I didn't shop in the store. I only went to the pharmacy for requested travel shots.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Everytime I come to pick a prescription they say they don’t have it/don’t know what I’m talking about then “check the back” and find it. If you like to have your time wasted, then I recommend you come here. The pharmacy techs are fools.

The worst customer service in this pharmacy! You are going to the Pharmacy because you are sick and they are so rude and unapologetic. Go somewhere else if you can!!!!

The manager Patrick is very disrespectful towards customers. He is truly on a power trip. If he is in the wrong on some thing he will threaten you with “I have the right to refuse service. “ I even overheard another employee bragging about how Patrick disrespected another a customer and threatened her as well. I thought it was only me but when I heard him laughing and bragging about it it really infuriated me. Because I had to drag/push myself back to the store after my last experience with Patrick. I have not even been shopping the sales because I just have such a negative feelings towards (Walgreens) the store after having a horrible experience with Patrick. If any regional manager wants details about what he did exactly I’m willing to share that.

The worst part of this store is still undefeated, the pharmacy section...angry staff, late script fills, you name it...the worst at customer service!!! Don't calling a manager, mnothing ets done.

One of the worst pharmacies in Boston. The pharmacy staff is unprofessional and it took 2 days for them to fill a prescription that they had the drug in-house. No one wants to work. Just retrain or fire everyone and start over. The wait area to pick up your prescription had no seats available. That is how backed up they were, mid week at 10 am.

Gotta say the manager Tracy was unbelievable when I'm there today. I tried to be quick the person at the register was great and then had to call him came. This manager looked high, walked in slow motion while drippling a kids basketball. When I looked annoyed he walked so slow...he shot a look at me, in slow motion took a bit to scan his employees badge then walked off grabbing the ball again to continue playing as walked slowly away. Unreal! Even cashier looked annoyed. Not a good person asanager on duty! Especially a Friday night

Nice location, staff was always helpful when I called asking for a product but sadly like all Walgreens it lacks getting products you may want simply because the warehouse and the way they send new products to certain stores and some stores may get none. More of a management, warehouse issue and I think we all know the Walgreens website sucks when it comes to ordering products. They need to get a better website that gets exclusive products up to date and shipped to buyers who want them. But this store is a nice Walgreens. It just might not have everything you are looking for.

This review is based on an experience I had with an employee working in the pharmacy, Susan Peterson. I came here to pick up a prescription and there were two pick up spots. One that said “pass only” meaning I needed the prescription number. I did not have this so I went in the regular pickup window. I waited about 10 min and Susan came over and asked if I was all set. When I said I was not, she replied “there is literally one line” and pointed for me to go to the pass only line. I explained that I didn’t have a pass and she just repeated “there is LITERALLY one line” and nothing else in a very short and rude way. I went to the other line and reiterated the reason why I was in the other line because I was confused with her attitude and she replied “you can take that up with a manager” but I didn’t want to speak with a manager… I was just explaining that I was following the signs. I gave my name and she said they have no prescription in there for me. I said there should be because I got a notification. I asked if she could look it up another way and she rolled her eyes. Found it by my birthdate so she must have spelt my name wrong. I said “oh ok so it is in there” and then she told me to stop or she wouldn’t assist me. Confused I said ok? You’re not going to assist me? And then she told me to step to the side. I didn’t get my prescription.I’m appalled with the attitude I got just for following the directions of their signs in the store and simply asking for her to look up my prescription under my birth date because I knew it was in there. Customers should not be met with this type of service just trying to pick up medication. Susan provided such a horrible experience that I switched my prescription to a CVS that is further away from me. Aside from my prescription, I also shop here at least twice a week for normal things I need to pick up. I won’t be shopping at this Walgreens any longer.Not surprisingly, I told my fiancé about this when I got home because he picks up his prescription at the same location and he said there is always a very rude lady there. I described Susan and he was positive it was the same person. He switched his prescription as well. Poor customer service from Susan= loss of business for Walgreens.
