I was very impressed with the service I received from this store. Specifically speaking, I’d like to send a big shout out to William Palma for going above and beyond to help get what I needed.
My operation had an out of state project and getting the supplies we needed to complete the install on-time was critical. William did everything he could to help. Thanks a lot again and best of luck in your future endeavors.

I like local hardware stores for their convenience and excellent customer service… Warren hardware is no exception. Staff if very nice and they have a little of everything as well as a decent selection of power tools. The 4 starts instead of 5 is due to pricing. I found everything just a tad expensive… but hey. That’s the price you pay for it being right down the street!

They have nothing there at all and if they do its not stocked up with just 1 very inconvenient. They need to stock up better s d get a batter paint matching device, the paint is always off and gives you like 3 different color everytime you color test. But great staff and manager.

Had some keys made, worked as expected, and 1/3 to 1/2 price charged at Home Depot (keys didn't work).
Service was quick, friendly, and professional. Hidden gem in the SE, full hardware store.

Lady is rude and very unprofessional. Try asking for something it’s a joke if you don’t wanna work, then kick rocks Don’t work don’t ever come here and waste your money. This place is a joke 100 times.
