Never yelped before but had to because this was by far my worst pharmacy experience ever!! only switched pharmacies because it's most convenient for me but I should've listened to the reviews y'all! I was not prepared for how rude AND unhelpful the pharmacists are. They clearly hate their jobs and don't care if you get your prescriptions or not. Mostly upset because they told me my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes and to come in then. I obviously go and they don't even have my medicine in stock .... WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME TO COME IN AND NOT EVEN HAVE MY MEDICATION ON HAND. So they told me they'll order my medication and to come in 3 days *comes 3 days later* and now they're telling me a week!! This would be a total of 10 days without my daily prescribed medication like what is going on over there? This pharmacy needs some help not for me since I will no longer be using them but for the sake of other customers. I'm telling you please don't move your medications over to this pharmacy.

Don't go here, they have one cashier and no self-check out. Took me longer to check out than at the post office

Worst pharmacy ever. Using this pharmacy will make you very unhappy. Go anywhere but here!

This is a terrible Walgreens with an awful pharmacist. I came in for a prescription and the pharmacist told me I would need to wait until after 2 because of her break at 1:30 even though I was told it would be 10 minutes.

If you have the choice, do NOT choose this pharmacy as your pharmacy. I needed to get my prescription transferred from CVS because CVS no longer takes my insurance and the team at Walgreens truly had no idea how to do it. They kept asking me to call CVS, even though CVS already told me that they could not transfer the prescription, Walgreens has to do it. 0/10 recommend this pharmacy.

Helpful staff especially Jacob, he was so kind and went out of his way to help me with my issue at the photo center. I was having a bad day and his kindness seriously turned it around and made me feel better. Its nice to run into people like him. I will always do my photo business there.

I swear ... the pharmacy at this Walgreens goes out of their way to ensure a poor experience. I've been living in E. Boston for about 2 years now and in those 24 or so months, I've had nothing but issues every time I pick up my medication refills. Either their system somehow "forgets" my insurance information, I get overcharged for my meds, my co-pay assistance card on file (is meant to cover the cost after insurance for one of my meds) will work without an issue for 7 months and then it randomly stops working for no reason - then I go to another pharmacy tech and they ring it up without an issue. I don't know how or why, but every time I go here something comes up. I've had refills that are texted to me as ready for pickup that they don't have a record of .... or I'll get 3 bottles of one month's supply of one med and nothing of my others. It's ridiculous and very, very stressful. Especially during COVID. I have an immune disorder, I should not be in public anyway, but every time I go in to pick up my meds it turns into a 2 or 3 visit situation, or I sit and wait for an hour. Get it together.

the cashier took my personal shopping cart by pulling my arm with the cart hurting my arm and tried to look in my purse. which I use for short trip around town as not to have to carry to many items while caring for the elderly/disabled and accused me and my client of stealing. the manager called the police. the cashier's friends were there and yelling at me and an elderly person with a mild form of dementia whom I take care of as a personal aid. I will never buy anything from any walgreens again. the customer service is terrible to say the least. lastly, I was called a "junkie', for being "too white", and asked: "do you want to fight"?! this has to be the most ghetto experience I have had.

This pharmacy is the worst. There's always a huge line to pick up and whenever I try to call my prescription in someone answers then puts me on hold and eventually hangs up. This happened three times before I decided to go in person. They need better customer service. Even getting anything in the rest of the store is a struggle, they always have a huge line as well. They either need MORE workers or more competent ones

Do not order photos from this place this has got to be the worst ever. I had made an order online for store pick up and it gave me an estimate as to when it was going to be ready, I never received the email after hours of waiting so I decided to go in and ask about it. Come to find out they said they didn't have the type of paper they needed, what kind of explanation is that. I have done other photo orders and is like no one keeps up with that department or better yet no one even works in that section. After that I decided to re order my prints in a different location which was the Walgreens on 343 broadway Somerville but this time I called to confirm they were ready and whoever picked up the phone said they were ready. I go In the manager Fría couldn't find them then she later tells me they are not ready and won't be ready till the next morning. I said how is that possible I would have never came here if it wasn't that someone on the phone told me they were ready. She said well they won't be ready until next morning because no one here knows how to use the machine, are you kidding me.....unbelievable. I later ask for corporate number because this is unacceptable and she didn't even know that information. She said she will go get it for me and never came back. I don't know what kind of training the staff gets but clearly no one has product knowledge or even basic knowledge and to not even be able to give someone information on how to get in touch with corporate is very upsetting. I will never order photos from this place again!

Looks like I'll be the second person to leave a photo of the pharmacy line. Maybe that'll help? I used to fill my scripts here in the wee hours -- anything to avoid the dreaded line, which you have to wait through TWICE, once to hand in your prescription and again 30 minutes later to pay for it. It's an hour-long proposition, total, which I deal with monthly because of the type of meds, and which I am just not zen enough to handle with grace. And, to be fair, sighing and eye-rolling are common on this line. BRING BACK THE 24-HOUR PHARMACY! Please and thank you. Pharmacy hours since 2017: Mon thru Fri: 7 - 11 Sat: 9 - 6 Sun: 10 - 6
