The state of Massachusetts law requires public restrooms .the staff at this store are some of the rudest people I have met in a long time ,and vary nasty atmosphere.

No public restroom, stuff were not interested to help, one of the worst stores I’ve been, I can compare my experience only with Lowe’s, but at least they have restroom in Lowe’s

Aubuchon hardware is a rare gem these days, I bought a tool from here that I used and it broke on the tenth swing. It’s a weed wacker or what I. All a yoyo. I brought it back in less than 30 mins and the manager did a return for me without hesitation. I’ve felt with this before and didn’t have near the experience I did here. If you want good customer service from a business that stands up for their customers, this is the place.

Aubuchon was the only place that I could find this specific grate. Arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date. Curbside pick-up fast and convenient.

It's a lot easier to just go into the store and buy what you want, than it is ordering it on line and having to go to the store and pick it up.
