Very good experience at Bay State PT Bourne. Great working with Andrew and Stephanie to start then worked with Mariah when Andrew moved on. I really enjoyed the friendliness and interaction of the therapists and the overall atmosphere. Mariah was a great addition to the office and a great fit for the therapy I needed. John Whittaker.

I had Julie as my therapist for pelvic floor work. She was wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable, as well as personable. She made me feel completely safe and comfortable with the very intimate work at times. And I am much improved. This establishment is well run, clean, and hires exceptional therapists. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming to Bay State P.T. for a few months to recover from shoulder issues. Working with Jessie has been a great experience! She is kind, friendly and extremely professional ! The individual attention during each and every session is so helpful! The overall atmosphere of the office is welcoming and supportive! I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re in search of a great P. T. experience!

The staff at Baystate PT are AMAZING!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Following my ankle replacement surgery, Baystate PT has done a fantastic job helping me regain my strength and mobility. I’ve had the BEST physical therapy and recovery with Jessie G and her team. This is my second time doing physical therapy and this center was by far the better one.I highly recommend checking them out and I’d say, this is as good as it gets!!

Everything about Bay State Physical Therapy is wonderful! The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and kind. Andrew was the physical therapist working with me. He is so knowledgeable and provided a very comfortable, calm environment and encouraged me to ask any questions that I had. I had spent many years going to different doctors trying to solve my chronic neckaches and headaches and within just a month of attending appointments here my neckaches/headaches are pretty much non existent now. I am so grateful to this place and would highly recommend it to others!

I have been bringing my baby for over 2 months now to bay state- the girls at the desk are so friendly and Jessie has been wonderful working with my 4 month old to treat his torticollis. It's not always easy to trust others with your infant, but she has always made me feel completely comfortable when working with him and has been awesome with communicating each step of the way. I would highly recommend them, they're a very caring and professional team.

I've been a patient here twice, for an extended and intensive recovery from major surgery. PT Chris Gellert has been my dedicated therapist, and was a trusted partner in my recovery process which ran from April 2022 to March 2023 due to the severity and stages of my surgeries.Chris was able to help keep me motivated and optimistic as I journeyed from being completely unable to bear weight, to being able to hike 7 miles in a single day.Beyond traditional PT, Chris was able to provide a rigorous recovery exercise and conditioning plan to get me back on the trails due to his other experience as a certified physical trainer and ability to provide tool assisted soft-tissue massage to unlock my joints from their prison of post-surgical scar tissue.Since I have other prior injuries to sort out, I'm sure I'll be back to Chris sooner or later for my shoulder, and after the miracles he worked with my knee, I can't imagine using anyone else.
