DENTAL REVIEW- I brought my children in for dental appointments with Dr Singh after being at this dental office for years with a different dentist. My oldest son (9) got his teeth cleaned and he was uncomfortable and not listened to, but it seemed more standard and let's be real- getting your teeth cleaned doesn't feel great so I cringed and watched and didn't advocate for him like I wished I had. Next my younger son who was 6 at the time went. Dr Singh was rough, and did not listen. My son was in tears and didn't want to use the sucker for his spit because it was scaring him. He was squealing out for Dr Singh to stop over and over again but he would not stop. I stepped in and grabbed a cup for my son to spit into. Every time my child's hand went up for a break Dr Singh kept going and wouldn't stop. I had to keep stepping in and advocating- speaking almost at every turn and demanding that my son had a break, yet trying to keep it positive for my children (who have been going to the dentist since they were 3 and have had positive experiences without issue). When I checked out, I was in tears. I told the receptionist that no child should go to this dentist again. I called and reported to the dental director that this dentist should never EVER work on children again for cleanings or any kind of care or treatment plan. I left and we changed our dentist. My 6 year old is still walking through fear after what happened. I am so thankful that we left. This experience was horrible and I would never go to this office. I would pay double, or triple to be anywhere else. I would give zero stars if I could.

Very difficult working with them. Never can you receive the answer you need or the help from the person answering the phone. And almost always do you have to follow up with them. It’s never ever easy. And for the type of work they do, it’s with people that need immediate assistance. And it’s dangerous if they don’t receive help right away. It’s a disaster.

They have no respect for patients time. You will often wait in the lobby well past your appointment time and you may even wait in the room much longer after that. They BS about how soon they can schedule appointments. For something you want that they dont care about, theyll have you wait a month, but if its something they want, it'll be in a week. They make new patients wait monthsss for appointments. They pull a lot of the same BS as every medical facility since covid. Its unacceptable. These people deliberately narrow their patient flow. The lobby is often empty. The other patient rooms, empty with the doors open. Most of the nurses are snotty brats. I bet they spend 70% of their time gossiping and filing their nails.

Don't expect help if you have mental health needs. I was told today by my nurse practitioner that I could go elsewhere if I didn't like the care I received. Put on medication to help with anxiety for over a year then took off it and was told "go to detox" if I was having issues coming off it. Unethical to treat a patient that way and unprofessional.

My wife brought our daughter to the new Walk In clinic that just opened and really had a great experience. During the visit she was prescribed some antibiotics and afterwards was able to go to the pharmacy in the same building and her prescription was there waiting for her. She had never been here before and it was a relatively quick in and out. Thanks!

Great communication and assistance by my doctor's staff. Nurse, Hillary S. and Scheduling, Jennifer, are unbelievably reliable at responding to me and are very helpful with all my needs. It's a pleasant suprise to find such competent and friendly support staff at a doctor's office during this stressful Covid climate. I hope CHC Cape Cod knows what great assets these girls are to their organization.

The Dental Clinic is top notch, very clean and with excellent staff. Steph, the hygienist, is excellent, as is Dr. Singh, who has done several dental procedures for me. I continue to be very satisfied.

I spent an HOUR filling out the CCCHC Bourne medication refill request form. I take ten medications. When I was finally done, I hit "Submit" and it went NOWHERE. It suggested I "Verify The Captcha" I'd JUST TAKEN. Okay. Sure. HOW? I "hit" everywhere on the screen. Nothing. Except it would replace its "Captcha" with "Prescription Information Incorrect". Okay, which PART? Which WORD or NUMBET? I double-checked EVERYTHING and hit SIBMIT. Three things happened. 1) Nothing. 2) "Validate Captcha". 3) "Prescription Information Incorrect". I spent an hour and a half trying to submit my info to CCCHC Bourne... when suddenly it VANISHED. It was not SUBMITTED, it just disappeared. I tried to open the document in CHROME to make it printable. It would turn into a random, unrelated page. When I hit "Back" it went back to an email I'd sent my mother three weeks ago about Thanksgiving. I checked through All Recent Documents. NOTHING. Obviously this website was programmed by someone's three year old child (they usually don't get headhunted by the big tech companies until they're five). I am furious, late, unfed and once again reminded about how rinky-tink CCCHCs can be.

The Bourne Community Health Center Dental Associates, is an excellent place to have your dental services done. Terrible experience. Had a 3:00 appointment. Still sitting here at 3:36. The receptionist has no idea how backed up the doctor is or how much longer we could be sitting here for. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting filthy dirty!

Becky has been my hygentis for a couple of years now. She CARES about her patients and makes sure they are understood. It's not just a job to her. She really cares. And Dr. Singn knew immediately and exactly what to do with my denture to fix it. I had not been able to wear it. He knew immediately just by looking at me how to make me a happy camper. I will always make my appointments in Bourne from now on. Caring and listening to your patients counts!

This place is AWESOME; from Reception to the Doctors, you will not regret choosing CHCCC for any Medical OR Dental need, it’s your one stop shop! I’d like to mention just a few of these AMAZING people: Elizabeth at Reception, Angela and Jennifer out back, Dr.’s Ronan and Terkelson. All of these folks are simply THE BEST!ADDITION TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:I had some work done on my teeth yesterday by Dr. Guanci and I must say that I was majorly impressed with her! She’s gentle and obviously very good at what she does. I continue to stand by my original review, I highly recommend CHCB!
