Cumberland Farms is a popular convenience store that consistently provides a great customer experience. The staff are described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, with one employee named Val being particularly praised. The store offers a wide selection of affordable and quality products, including surprisingly good pizza. While the overall experience is positive, there have been a few isolated incidents of employee-related issues that have impacted some customers.
I have consistently had the best experience at this Cumberland Farms. The staff are so nice and attentive. I always look forward to going in to say to the staff and to get a great cup of coffee!

Usually a great experience here except for the last few days... One of the employees caused problems between my fiance and her husband who work together to the point that her husband threatened my whole family and insulted us.... So yeah not a great experience but everyone else is wonderful
