I love Cumberland farms but this one lacks. They have hardly any hot food and they don’t restock their items. The vanilla flavoring in the soda fountain has been empty for about a year. Thank goodness they are opening one near the bridge.

Love the employees at this location but don’t buy your gas here. CF is jacking up the price in this one location because they can. The price was always cheaper than on McArthur blvd now it is about $.09 more. To make matters worse it was raised up $.06 to $3.17 this morning for no apparent reason. Local gas is $3.02 - $3.09.

It was a homely day on Cape Cod. I consulted with two of my friends: "We shall proceed to Cumberland Farms, located within Monument Beach." My friends agreed with that sentiment. From the beginning, I knew that this Cumberland Farms was destined for great things; as we turned the corner, it entered our view, revealing the gas prices posted on the towering sign. My friends and I then entered the store, and were immediately greeted by two amazing cashiers and Cumberland Farms employees, who were so kind as to ask us about our days. We completed a conversation with the cashiers, and then turned our attention to the details and the layout of the store. The first station that came into our sight was the banana stand that was filled to the top with bananas, with the ripe ones layered in the middle, circling out in a whirlpool fashion. As we swerved right, we encountered the drinks, snacks such as beef jerky, and practical tools for the house or vehicles. We then swapped sides to the left of the well-maintained store. Here, we encountered perhaps the greatest feature of the entire store: 99 cent slushies! After interrogating an employee about their favorite slush combination, we were giving the amazing suggestion of using the blueberry blast slush. Combining this with the Coca-Cola slush, our taste-buds were given an overall amazing experience. As I end out my written testimony, I give a special thanks to all the hard-worked behind the scenes; whether janitors, managers, or accountants, the Cumberland Farms workers ensured our amazing time at the store. Thank you.

(If I could give this negative stars I WOULD!!!)This Cumberland farms never has it together, one minute the atm is broken, another minute they don't have cigarettes or scratch tickets, and another minute I show up and they are closing early!! I went there 3 separate times, the first time it was 10:55pm and they wouldnt let me in and said they were closed, 5 minutes early?!! Another time I got there at 10:50pm they wouldn't let me in an said they were closed, that's 10 mins early!!! And another time 10:48pm, 12 mins early !!!!??? They said they were closed and refused to let me in, are you KIDDING ME????!! Oh and another thing I apologise for forgetting his name but there is always this guy that is REDICULOUSLY RUDE to my sister and I, he's the skinnier 1, there's usually always(for the most part) a skinnier guy and a guy who is a lil bit more heavy set, the heavy set gentleman is very nice but the skinnier type 1 is ignorant as can be, not once or twice but EVERYTIME MY SISTER AND I GO IN THERE, and TRUST ME we are very very VERY polite and patient with him, giving him NO REASON to be RUDE AS H*LL to us, idk if he is like that to everyone but to us he is WICKED RUDE. It's disgraceful, this store seriously needs to get its act together. It's always a mess, they never have anything stocked right, they are always out of something usually multiple things but at least something. I'm trying to be patient and give them multiple chances, give them the benefit of the doubt but when I showed up tonight 12 minutes before they close and tried to open the door, knocked on the window and they literally told me that they were closed and refused to open the door 12 MINUTES EARLY... that's what they said, I literally told them that I was only going to be in and out 2 seconds but they refused to let me in and said that they were closed that's not okay for any work place.. that's NOT okay, and I would know because I worked at Cumberland farms before, I worked at plenty of gas stations and plenty of fast food places and 1 of TOP MOST IMPORTANT rules is not to close early and even sometimes we would have to let people in if they were coming in even after closing time like if there was a line we would have to get rid of the line before we close. I understand like getting everything ready for closing time, like cleaning up all that stuff but you can still do all that and then still serve people up until the minute that you close and then once the line is completely gone you just shut the door, lock up, and then count your drawer... like that'll be all you have left to do, just count your drawer and punch out. The fact that they refuse to do things that way is wild and they are clearly in need of proper lessons in good customer service, sorry not sorry. Point being that closing 5-10-12 minutes early especially 12 MINUTES early !! That's disgraceful, and pathetic. You should hire new help, matter fact you can hit me up or email me, I promise you that you won't regret it I will be a much, MUCH better employee, LOL just putting that out there.

Just airing a pet peeve I have with the Cumberland Farms in Mo Beach. I like the fact that the gas is 10 cents cheaper with the app, but why can't they ever have the windshield washer filled with anti freeze window fluid? It is always empty and I assume they never fill it. Especially in the winter time. There is a new employee there every day and it's useless to tell them!

This store, the tantolicous smells when you walk in. I love it here but this one lady... Patty she killed my vibe and probably more people's. She is rude to the other employees and is rude to customers. I spent 10 minutes in a line because she wanted to have small talk with one of her freinds. While two lovely lady's were working their hardest to keep the line moving. I've even been there with her screaming at other employees. If I was a worker I wouldn't wanna work there they take abuse not physically but mentally.
