Should be ashamed of themselves for the treatment of customers, patients and their families. Pharmacy mid day at this location has "closed" message on their phone line - called the front desk that said "honey, they have 15 customers in line they aren't close , they just can't help anyone right now" she would not provide store manager s name stating it is an automated line so I opted to go corporate which had a 15 mins wait line for pharmacy complaints - sad

Store is a joke. I've been waiting over half an hour for a shingles shot, ignored by pharmacist and staff. I won't EVER be back. Stay away from here,

Staff is very, very helpful! Very informative and knowledgeable. Been getting my meds here for a few years now at 6 head of the bay road. Never had a problem. This is my go to store.

Horrible store! Don’t say you are open until 11 and have your doors locked before 10:30. I had a sick child that needed medicine and I drove to your location and then had to go to downtown Plymouth. Either fix your online information or stay open.

I popped in today to pick up some essentials and was having some difficulty understanding the coupon's / deals. The gentleman who worked there took extra time to help me figure out what coupon would apply and was very friendly and helpful throughout. It certainly made me want to shop there again!

Save yourself the aggravation buy it on Amazon if you can. One cashier and 10 people in line. Machines are more of a headache and need authorization to use coupons but cold medicine.

Staff at this pharmacy are rude, ignorant, and disrespectful!! This staff has in the past, been nothing but rude and short with customers. I always looked past it... Tonight the pharmacy staff closed the blind at the drive thru window while in the middle of our transaction! They all started laughing thinking it was funny to be this disrespectful to someones face. You're all awful humans. Never going back to this CVS.

I had an appointment for a Covid test at 10:10. I showed up at 10:00 AM. There were six cars in line. 45 minutes later I was still the third car in line. I just left. I can get a Covid test At Walgreens.

On a rare occasion I have to use my local CVS pharmacy. I absolutely loathe going to CVS pharmacies regardless of which state I'm visiting. They burnt me years ago. I'm amazed at their price gouging on generic drugs considering their imported from India. Please make an effort to frequent Walgreens or Rite Aid, you'll thank yourself.

The staff at this pharmacy are rude, incompetent, and completely apathetic to the health needs of their patients. After getting my 60 day prescription, later that month I noticed I was low on pills and realized they had only given me 30 in a bottle marked 60. Not only did they charge me more than they gave me, but when I got a refill my insurance wouldn’t cover my medication because on record I should still have a month’s worth. I didn’t even bother calling this pharmacy to complain because God knows they never pick up the phone, I transferred pharmacies immediately.

Pharmacy has the most incompetent, lazy staff I’ve ever met anywhere. I called 11 times yesterday to find out if my sick toddlers medicine was in. They did not pick up once nor did they return my call. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened. Not to mention they are all extremely miserable and seem as if they need to get laid
