We had Donna as a personal trainer over the summer for water aerobics and some of us were able to experience a session in her studio. I absolutely loved it. Donna is energetic, empathetic and compassionate. She will tailor workouts based on your needs and is understanding of any limitations you may have modifying the exercises effectively. She is a seasoned trainer and so much fun to be around. I highly recommend her.

i loved working with donna. i showed up in her gym after a year of battling a neurological illness. i was weaker than i’ve ever been and heavier than i’ve ever been, and i was anxious about the idea of personal training after such a hard year. i was greeted by her high, positive energy, and her two fur babies who shared so much love. the sessions were well paced, private, and full of encouragement, laughs, and personable conversation. i was only able to work with her for a month or two, and am still on the long, steady journey back to strength and wellness, but i practice what i was taught every day and wouldn’t hesitate to book sessions with her again when time, location, and finances allow it. she is truly one of a kind and knows her stuff. if you’re thinking of starting up sessions with her, do it. she will meet you where you’re at in all aspects and push you through your own mental blocks to help you see the strength you already have. super grateful.

I strongly recommend working with Donna. Especially to those of us who are getting older, don’t like the big busy gym, or those who are trying hard to get healthy again!! Donna is fantastic to workout with and very motivating. She pushes me but never past my limit. She is also a lot of fun!! She is very focused on preventing injuries or doing anything that doesn’t feel right.

I met one of the trainers out one night, “Coach Donna” to put together a training regiment for me like no other!!!!! Worked me like a DOG, and explained the entire workout process, and why she did what she thought based on our dialogue. I’m still using what she taught me w/ lite modifications. Thanks for the guidance.... EXTREME ROCKS!!!!!

I started training with Donna 3 weeks ago to strengthen my mobility. I have a torn rotator cuff and severe arthritis. She has been incredible!! One on one training that has changed my quality of life. I needed someone to show me how to increase my range of motion without injuring my already damaged shoulder, and she has done that and more. I have another month before surgery on my arm and I am confident I will be a better position health wise in my healing process. I highly recommend Donna!! Her knowledge and understanding of your needs are priceless!

Donna is The Best !!! We had a great experience working with her and our 16 year old son. She is extremely knowledgeable about Physical Training and Nutrition and is willing to work with your specific needs one on one. Even during these difficult times of no in-person contact, the internet video meetings were great. Donna showed us how to get quality workouts with the limited equipment in our house. She is very energetic and inspiring. We would absolutely recommend Dynamic Training to anyone at any age.

Donna is very knowledgeable in fitness training and was very helpful to me with my workouts and took a sincere interest in my well-being and overall fitness regiment. She helped me with my posture which I've always struggled with. I am no longer there as I moved from the area but miss Dynamic Training very much! I highly recommend Donna!

Love this place. I've been training here regularly for over 3 years and I've never been in better shape. I'm back to the weight I was on my wedding day 31 years ago. Small personal service. Trainers make sure you're doing exercises correctly to avoid injuries and are enthusiastic and motivational. Highly recommend.

Great place to get in shape!!!! Lots of options, people are great, enthusiastic (even if you attend the early morning sessions) great energy all around. Can't say enough about Donna, very knowledgeable and dedicated to her clients!!!! Try it once- and you will be addicted!!!! ��
