My husband and I have been coming to this location for years. Tammy was highly recommended to us by a close friend and always makes the process effortless and painless on our end. We have even had to reach out during the offseason several years back for a tax related issue that came up and Tammy provided exceptional service and guided us through the entire situation. It's nice knowing you have a tax professional to contact when you need help. The past two years we have started dropping off our taxes for Tammy which just works better with our busy schedule, and we have had no issues. We are also never in a rush either, as we understand this is their busiest time of year. We will continue to return as we certainly feel as though we are in good hands here.

I had my taxes done at HR block in Buzzards Bay with Beverly A Rousseau. She was magnificent. I am going to her every year I file unless she retires and then I'll hope to get with another associate of HR Block. But, she so enjoyed her job, I am hoping I'll retire first!!

AWFUL customer service .Made an appointment on the website,when I got there the lady behind the desk told mevery rudely and bothered that I didn’t have an appointment and that they didn’t have time to do my taxes. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL .Will never recommend HR block and this particular office to anyone.
