Installation was done professionally by a very friendly competent employee. On time as well. Have purchased from KAM in the past and have had great service in the store and during the installations. Highly recommend.

I would never consider buying an appliance anywhere else. Every aspect of my purchase was ideal: contact, follow-up information, delivery, set up. I have used their repair services in the past (for appliances bought elsewhere, unfortunately) and that service was also ideal.

A serviceman named Nick came to repair a washer dryer combo. It took much longer than anyone expected no fault of anyone’s. He handled it with such professionalism and grace. I don’t know if I would have had that much patience! Highly recommend.

What an incredibly great delivery and installation on the part of Aaron who went above and beyond! He is the absolutely the best! Everything was so well coordinated by Kam but Aaron made all the difference.

Cameron and Tony came to drop off our trash compactor, stove, and dishwasher. They were extremely professional and friendly getting right to work and had great great communication with each other and me. I Highly recommend using Kam appliance.

I bought a refrigerator for a rental property. The sales experience was fine and the price fair. When it was delivered, the delivery men did not turn off the water to the existing refrigerators' ice maker. As a result. water poured onto the floor. In a panic, one of the delivery people turned off all the valves on the boiler and hot water tank. They either made no effort to find the shutoff for the ice maker or could not find it. The spoke rudely of my tenant (who was present) in a foreign language which, ironically enough, she speaks. When they learned this, they kept quiet, finished the install and left without offering to help clean up the water or even turn the boiler back on. They her and her two children without heat or hot water. I was able to get the hot water back on, but not knowing what they might have done to the gas boiler, my plumber had to be called in for $110. What's most disappointing was that after two calls to the "management" of KAM *******, nobody returned my call. I guess that's why the delivery people are so indifferent and incompetent, considering that's what they see from management. I have bought about six appliances from KAM in the last few years (including out kitchen redo). I'll take a chance with a larger supplier. They get two stars for the competent salesman that helped me. Management and delivery are for the birds.
