SCAMMERS. $550/hour for labor????
I needed a new belt on my 03 BMW. I had it towed there because it was the closest. A new belt and pulley I bought for $78 retail. They didn't use them, which is fine, but I can't imagine they paid more for the ones they did. Even if it cost them $100, why did my bill come to $650?? Unless they charge $550/hr for labor. I did not receive an itemized invoice breaking down that outrageous price. I was stuck there, had to agree because it's Friday afternoon and there's no way I could get it somewhere else. I'm not sure if I was charged a convenience fee of some sort. Because I didn't get an itemized invoice. There was no other work performed besides the belt and pulley, which a good mechanic can do in an hour. And this guy did it in even less. And most of that is removing the fan and reattaching said fan.
One belt And one pulley, one single billable hour of work. So they must charge $550/hr for labor. I don't know what they charge because my receipt was just a Receipt. Not in any way itemized to explain this ridiculous cost.
I had to reinstall my air box in the parking
lot because it was still on my passenger side floor when I got in to leave.
This place was such a happy surprise when I found it, being so close to home. I wanted so badly to have a great experience and be secure knowing that they were reliable and convenient. But I have no choice in leaving this terrible review because it honestly reflects my experience. I was charged 3X what I have ever paid to have a belt put on and I was never told why.
I'm sure they have skilled techs who do fine work. Too early to tell but my car is fine after 24 hours. But it cost everything I have available for the next 2 weeks and I will genuinely have to miss work because I won't be able to afford gasoline by Tuesday next week.
If cost is no option for you, bring your car there. I'm sure they will be able to help you. But if you can't afford $550 per hour of labor, maybe try someplace else.

Great service, had my car in for a check engine light and alignment and they had it back to me in less than 24 hours. I also like that they send you an estimate online where you can approve or deny work being done.
