While visiting Massachusetts we had to have a prescription filled. The pharmacy refused to run the insurance because they said they do not accept the insurance. It is a major insurance carrier, which is absolutely accepted in Massachusetts. This is what I get for trying to support a local business and not go to a large chain down the road.

Last night was my first experience at this location. Nicholas and the pharmacist behind the counter were incredibly kind and helpful. Also proactive on my behalf. It is in a good location with easy/convenient access, open MF 8to8 Sa/Su 9-5. Ty.

This pharmacy does a great job of filling prescriptions which I believe is why they seem to have more and more people using it. The personnel are very pleasant and very helpful when I call on the phone.

Trobridge Stop & Shop is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. Anyone who has a negative review for this place should try CVS.

This pharmacy used to be the best. I don’t know what changed in the last 6 months but it is so difficult to get prescriptions filled on time. They take so long and give me conflicting information on the phone and in person. I was told my script would be ready by 2. I show up at 2 and the woman at the drive through says it will be a couple of more hours. They also never have anything in stock. I always have to go back multiple days to fill multiple prescriptions with the same fill date.All of that said, Alicia who works there is great. If they had more people like her they might be in better shape.This is the last month I will go here.

Tiny little pharmacy. Usually pick up prescriptions at drive up window, never had a problem. However, the wait can be long & the drive up line goes behind the parked cars which can be challenging. Had to go into store to buy Covid tests even though I was sick. I wore a mask but seems like a stupid rule. Regular stock was low, purposely went there thinking they’d have basics like Sudafed during winter Covid / flu season but shelves were bare. They did have good stock of homeopathic cold remedies.

This is the. worst. pharmacy. ever. No one ever picks up the phone. They lock their drive-through window hours before the pharmacy is supposed to close and they’ll literally tell you to your face they don’t have the staff to keep it open. They’re constantly out of stock on my meds and they can never confirm when the meds will arrive or be ready for pick up because they’re “short staffed.” Don’t get me wrong, I don’t blame the staff on duty one bit. They’re doing work of half a dozen people Stop and Shop is too cheap to hire. I wish they would just shut down so literally any other pharmacy that can afford to hire staff and provide at least a half-decent service to the community can move into that space instead.

Every time I've come to this pharmacy, the service has been terrible and slow. Most recently, they rudely scoffed at me when tried to return something I had previously purchased from the retail section unused and unopened, saying there were only two of them there (I was the only person in the store and the other pharmacist was taking care of the drive through window) and they don't even know how to do returns. For a place that sells returnable items, it seems pretty important that employees know how to process returns or, at the very least, can nicely explain that they don't know how to process returns without making me feel like I asked them to fly me to the moon.

The employees ator so rude And I don't know how they still have drugs there because everybody I know Who goes to that pharmacy? I stay with them because I live about a mile up. The road and I have transferred out of there It was right in a blow up every time I went there.

I've ALWAYS had excellent service when I go there. Cassie, Jackie, woman with amazing nails, and the others (who's names escape me) have been absolutely amazing EVERY time I go there. My only complaint is the entrance to get in, which has nothing to do with the pharmacy, it's pretty tricky trying to pull in depending on what way you're coming from.

I’ve utilized this pharmacy for years and never found anyone to be anything less than helpful and professional. The only difficulty I have faced is when I have required s bridge prescription because of previously scheduled travel to cover three or four days. Currently facing a similar experience, and hopefully, how that is resolved will be clearer. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
