I went to my first complementary free class this morning and WOW I am already sore. Just from one class I learned so much about exercise, Cheri is really an expert in the fitness industry!! highly highly recommend!!!

I have been doing the virtual fitness challenge during quarantine and I have to say that Cherie is wonderful. Her workouts are the perfect mixture of intense and difficult, I always work up a sweat. During the workouts she is very positive and motivating, I love that she shows the alternative moves in case you can’t do certain things. I get great results following the workouts and a balanced diet(which she helps you understand). She has good communication, checks in with you to make sure you are feeling good and stay motivated! She helped me set a goal and checks in to make sure I am on my way to achieving my goal. I haven’t felt this good since probably high school! You know it’s a good class when you are willing to attend everyday! She doesn’t make it feel like a chore. I would recommend checking out the fitness classes, she knows her stuff!

I have been taking one on one personal training and fitness classes with Cherie Blier from Baker's School Of Fitness for over 6 months now. I understand the importance of movement and fitness for optimum health and wellness. However, I have never been a natural exercise lover or willing to do it consistently as never found something that I could or would stick to vs just a phase or the latest kick. I love Cherie's style and approach for so many reasons. She educates and teaches you along the way on so many components that are instrumental on not just physical fitness exercises, but why form, proper breathing, nutrition, and self talk are also all vital for whole health success goals. The most important reason that I appreciate and love working with Cherie that has been paramount for my success, is how she meets you where you are at. She understands the importance to know her audience and adapt to the personal needs, goals, & ability level for optimum success while keeping it fresh and new each week. Teamwork makes the dream work for all parties

Baker's school of dance and fitness is the place to go if you want hot dance steps and fitness out the wazoo!! I love going to Miss. Baker, a strong nurturing teacher! Cherie puts all of her heart into teaching her up and coming stars in and her fitness client routine and class plan! Not to mention how fun and excited I am to go! Keep up the great work!

My 7 year old daughter is coming up on her fourth season of dance at this school and we would not choose any other place to go. She loves the teachers here and the dance family she has created and feels so accomplished with each class she takes. This school definitely feeds her passion for dance.

I signed up for adult tap for the first time ever in the spring this year and I had so much fun! This was my first time ever doing tap and with Cherie as my teacher, I learnt so much. The classes are pretty small which is nice, especially if you need some one on one time with the teacher. I will definitely be signing up again for the fall classes!

I had been looking for an adult tap class for a while and Baker School of Dance offered one. It was just what I was looking for. Professional teacher to brush up on my skills and a fun environment. Class is geared to individual’s level. I like that it’s not just technic but developing a dance routine too. Definitely worth checking out!

I signed up for the 6-week challenge because I was tired of looking at myself in the mirror and not knowing who I was anymore. I went in I talked to Cherie, the owner, about where I was at, where I wanted to be, body, mind and soul. It was a full program: exercise classes 3 times a week minimum, anti-inflammatory eating plan, weekly weigh in's and 1-1 counseling sessions with her.

My daughter has been coming since she was about 6 years old and from day 1 she fell in love and has never looked back. I love the way they instruct them, step by step and by the recital it's this beautiful ensemble. It's not just about dance, the instructors, especially Ms. Cherie, teaches them to love their bodies, what healthy snacks to fuel themselves with and to really embrace each other. I can't wait to see how far my daughter will go with this but if she was to stop tomorrow, she's already learned a lifetime of amazing lessons.

I absolutely love attending fitness classes here. I feel so welcomed and Cherie is such a great instructor. She offers a ton of guidance and it feels really individualized to me and my abilities. It's a no judgement kind of place and best of all, I've made some great friends!

If you want your child to be challenged, if you want your child to have true love and respect for the art of dance, this is your place. Cherie is serious about her art, she is serious about making the kids work hard to be the best they can be, love dance and have fun doing it. My daughter is very happy here and I am too!
