“Groton Collision Repair is the best! My ex drove it into another car and he took it to his friends to “fix” it. They made the passenger side door able to open, but left it pretty banged up. I brought it to Groton Collision and they said I needed a new door and fender, and I told them I needed her back by Thursday. On Wednesday morning she was ready to be picked up, AND she was so clean (& her rims were sparkling). They also buffed out some scratches on my driver side door for free. “I needed a tow on a Tuesday around 6:30/6:45pm in North Billerica. The dispatcher was kind and patient with me as I worked out what I wanted to do, and it just so happened they had a truck right nearby. I hung up the phone with the dispatcher after paying and the truck pulled up mere moments later, which was a godsend after waiting a while on a different company that never showed up. Truck driver was very nice (Charlie I think was his name) and he dropped the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic's for me. Hopefully I won't need a tow again but I'd recommend them!Service: Car towing”
