“Dr Shope and her team are phenomenal! My senior dog had to have a full mouth of extractions done and since he was turning 15, I was very hesitant. They made sure to call me after every step of the procedure and checking in on how he was doing. I could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Shope for any of your animals dental needs 😊”

“The owner, Dr Tim Foster was very cutting edge when he opened his practice, decades ago. That, combined with all his years of added experience puts him above almost all other practices. His associate, Dr Irene Papamitrou, is kind and gentle with our pets and has been at the practice for many years, so she is also quite experienced. The techs and front desk staff are also competent and experienced, so this longevity is great and means everyone at the entire practice really knows your pets and you. I find their practice is typically better than some practices when it comes to getting an appointment, or needing to talk to a vet to get medical information. Unfortunately, the norm today is that you are pretty much on your own after hours to go to an urgent or emergency facility, and that also the case here. They are engaged and support their local community. The cost of services is fairly compatible with other practices, and they do offer a senior citizens discount .”

“My husband and I recently adopted a very anxious little dog. I let them know before we took her in. We were a bit anxious about how she would do, but the whole staff was wonderful! Dr. Wu was able to get her all caught up on vaccines and get bloodwork done. She allowed her to stay with my husband, (her chosen person,) so that she felt safe. Something a lot of vets have gotten away from is allowing the pets to stay with their people, I absolutely love that they understand it is better for all involved to let them feel safe.”

“I can't say enough good things about this incredible veterinary clinic! I feel so lucky to have found a place where I can truly trust my pet’s health and well-being. I’m grateful to call them my vet!”

“KennelSol has been a reliable and effective solution for our facility's cleaning and disinfecting needs. As a professional in the animal care industry, it's critical that we use products that are both safe for animals and powerful against harmful pathogens—and KennelSol delivers on both fronts. It’s easy to use, has a pleasant scent, and gives us peace of mind knowing our environment is clean and protected. We appreciate the consistent quality and results. Highly recommended for any facility looking to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety!”

“We’re so glad to have found Dr. Avery and the clinic! We sought a second opinion from Dr. Avery for our bunny, Totoro, who is dealing with some complex health issues. Dr. Avery is incredibly kind and attentive to Totoro and to us. He is accommodating, quick to respond, and quick to act. Dr. Avery clearly has extensive experience, and we always leave our conversations with him feeling much more informed about Totoro’s situation. He explains in detail what’s going on and answers all our questions. He also takes our concerns and observations seriously. Dr. Avery is truly compassionate with Totoro and us. He has been transparent about procedure estimates and has considered the costs for us. He has a wealth of knowledge, and it puts us at ease to have him take care of Totoro. We trust him with Totoro, and the only regret we have is that we didn’t have Dr. Avery as Totoro’s vet sooner! The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. They are organized and quick to answer our calls and requests. They are really sweet, leaving us feeling reassured that Totoro is in good hands. They clearly have a lot of knowledge about bunnies!”

“We’ve had a few appointments for different things in a short time this year so I am going to break this up into those few different areas. - Several months ago we brought Finn our five year-old boxer into Countryside for his first appointment. We had moved from NH and switched him from a vet in Nashua. The change over to Countryside for Finn was super smooth and Dr Williams was the best. The rest of the team at Countryside was great as well. Finn had his initial checkup and was due for all of his vaccines. We can’t say enough about how happy we were with the care Finn got. - We also had Finn evaluated for some dental work. The dental exam showed that Finn was going to need extensive work as his gums had grown around and over some teeth. A common issue with the breed that would require a procedure using a laser to cut the gums back away from the teeth. We set that appointment as well and a few weeks later came back for that procedure. During that treatment, the doctor found multiple infections and teeth that needed to be removed. They kept us aware every step of the way and removed all the damaged teeth and infection. The transformation was amazing and recovery was extremely smooth for Finn. He was also quite clearly more comfortable now that all of his teeth and gum issues were corrected. - Finn used to get a medication prescribed that made him super lethargic and I didn’t like that side effect for him. I mentioned it to Dr. Williams who prescribed him a different medication that works perfectly and doesn’t make him lethargic at all. - Lastly, we’ve also started a regular schedule for grooming every 8 weeks or so. Having the veterinary and grooming services under one roof is super convenient. Again, we just can’t say enough about the care we’ve gotten at Countryside. If I could recommend them a 20 out of 10 I would. Thank you, Ron Nestor, Chelmsford, MA”

“The staff here are great! My poor furbaby, Freddie, was sick and although they weren’t my vet they took him in when my mother in law brought him and took care of him lovingly. They were transparent about cost and only did things with our approval including holding off on blood work if he was not okay this morning (thankfully he is fine and chipper as he normally is). I am so thankful for everyone here and will definitely make them my primary vet if they will take Freddie on. I definitely recommend them!!”

“My pup Apollo is a two year-old Ridgeback mix and he’s a little skittish of new places and new people yet walked right up to the lovely dock and fell in love with them. He was a very good boy we were in and out quickly. I felt that it was the best veterinary appointment. I have had hands-down in many many many years. It was done with gentle care also so my pup was not afraid at any point in time nor did I feel that he was being hurt by getting his shots, I could not recommend this place enough thank you so much. It was easy to book an appointment with a lovely lady who answered the phone and very easy to find thank you so much.”

“Dr. C, Dr. Rabaut, Dr. Brady, and Dr. Pocher have been an exceptional support system for Rascal since we brought him home as a puppy. They’ve been there every step of the way, providing guidance and care. They’ve handled all his medical needs, from neutering and vaccinations to removing a growth. As new dog owners, we’ve had numerous questions, and they’ve always been more than willing to help. Their front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful, even amidst the daily influx of questions and calls. A special thank you to Brandon from the front desk! Their prices are also quite reasonable, but as pet owners, I highly recommend getting an insurance plan for emergencies.”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Huss and the entire team have been nothing short of incredible throughout one of the most stressful experiences of our lives. Five months ago, our dog tore both CCL joints, requiring two TPLO surgeries on her rear legs—one three months ago and the second just a month ago. From the first moment, Dr. Hess and his staff were confident, deeply knowledgeable, and reassuring. They understood the emotional and physical toll these surgeries can take and were there for us every step of the way. Whether by phone or text, there was always someone available to answer any questions throughout the recovery process. Our lives felt turned upside down when the initial injuries happened, but ProFormance Canine gave us hope and the tools to get our dog—and ourselves—through it. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication restored our quality of life. We still have one more check-up to go, but thanks to them, our dog is thriving and we’re well on our way to being back to normal. If you ever find yourself facing a similar situation, I can’t recommend ProFormance Canine enough. They combine exceptional skill with genuine care, and that makes all the difference.”
