“I highly recommend North Shore Bank. I went into the bank today frazzled from a security breach from somewhere else. I had a lot of things to accomplish this morning. I was on a mission. I said, “I hope everyone has had their coffee, you are going to need it this morning.” They said they had not, left the building, went and got coffee and got me one too. It’s the little things that encourage me to bank local. It may have just been a cup of coffee but it was more to me. I feel when anything positive happens in this day and age you need to share it.”
“Everyone I’ve encountered in this bank branch and the one in Newburyport have been excellent! I’ve been greeted as soon as I walk in the door. The branch manager and the bankers helped me solve issues with my sister’s estate accounts in such a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Great customer service all around!”

“I had a short fused notary need. Gino Ngallopi, the bank manger was excellent. There were 3 people out sick so he was covering for all areas of the bank and yet greeted me with a friendly smile and demeanor. He is very knowledgeable and helped ensure the notary for something in California would be properly handled out of Massachusetts. Even with the pressure of being understaffed he took the time needed to handle the situation beautifully. I highly recommend him and the North Reading branch.”
