“I went in for a bow tie and pocket square for my son to wear to his GFs prom. It had to match her dress. John,(the worker w the Boston tattoos on his arms ) was very nice,super helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed. We left still unsure if it was a perfect match to her dress. Well last night was prom and they looked amazing.The bow tie/pocket square were the perfect amount of color to pull them together. Super happy with Gibley Danvers MA. I would 100% recommend any one prom or wedding shopping to go see John. Last year for my son’s prom we went to “Men’s Warehouse, Medford MA. It was a sh!t show. With all employees there. (We went 4 times fixing all the mistakes that the employees kept making with my son’s suit).”

Jamie (the owner of this excellent establishment) & her entire staff go above & beyond to make sure you have an exemplary customer service experience from the moment you enter her store to when you leave with one (or several) of her tremendous treasures! Her & her team make you feel welcome & you leave feeling like a million bucks! There have been several times I have left with exactly what I came looking for/with entire outfits for a special occasion I was going to from clothes to shoes & accessories. The leggings at this store are LIKE BUTTER & last me for 5+ years. Walk don’t run, you won’t regret visiting these phenomenal people! I’d leave more than 5 stars if I could. A++++”

I also met the owner May today and she was equally as lovely. I have found many pieces to fall in love with and am excited to continue to visit to see how it evolves through the seasons. Given I have no winter clothes from CA I need all the help I can get!!”

“Nordstrom Rack has the best prices for name brand goods. My boyfriend wanted me to order him a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses on Amazon and as always I did a Google search prior to ordering and found Nordstrom Rack was selling them for half the price. He was so happy with his purchase he returned a few days later and purchased a second pair.
I wanted a new pair of Clark's leather shoes or Born low leather boots for Christmas and learned they carry both brands. I went in and looked around and was about to leave but decided to check the smaller sizes and happen to find both pairs in my size (size 7) in the size 5/6 section. They were selling the same shoes/boots for 1/3 of the usual price of $155 and I got both pairs for Christmas for less than $100! I am very happy with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be back!”

“The moment I walked into the store Christine greeted me. Typically I absolutely hate shopping because I find it very overwhelming and complicated. Christine brought me to and pulled for me the exact pants I was looking for and set up a dressing room for me. Augusta helped me while in the fitting room and went and got me a longer version of one of the pants I was trying. Both of these ladies were incredibly attentive and helpful. They made my shopping experience absolutely incredible.”
“I really appreciated Allegra, an Assistant Manager at the North Shore location. She was so sweet, helpful, patient, and honest with her opinions of what looked good on me. This woman also does a beautiful job doing her make-up and is so pretty! She gave me a couple of tips on how to do make-up too.

“The customers that shop here are slobs. The staff try to clean and then a customer 2 feet away tossing items on floor. It’s embarrassing. I feel sorry for the people that work there. Plus I would not buy something someone else just threw on the floor. The items are so cheap I guess you can’t get a better customer. Plus I have seen people steal!”
