This is a wonderful hyper local Arboretum with a fascinating history that brings immense value in terms of biodiversity to the area. They specialize in rhododendron and azalea. Everything is well labeled and trails well kept. Everyone should visit at least once and don't miss out on their Annual BLOOM DAY late May!!

Was a really cool place with trees I've never seen before which was very interesting. But no bathrooms.

Interesting place to check out, it's taking care of by a local group and is a great place to take a walk.

Stopped here out of season to enjoy the cool air. The plants are abundant and I can't wait to visit during the spring blooms. There are several self-serve gates and a small parking area which make this a nice stop for a walk in the woods. The chipmunks were out and about today and the greenery was beautiful.

Peaceful, quiet sanctuary, where you can take a restful walk. Trees and shrubs are labeled for those who want to learn their names. The Phyllis Fischer Memorial Walk features flowers from her former garden. Tours led by volunteers can be arranged in advance for individuals or groups. Our guide, Nancy Merrill, was very knowledgeable about the trees and plants, as well as the history of the former Kelsey Nursery.

This is a great little garden that is well taken care of. Very natural, but labeled and groomed. Don't be deterred by the closed gate! It's just to keep the deer out and it's not actually locked!
