“Stopped by SOLID AUTO GLASS to see about getting a leaking windshield fixed, Pedro took a look at it and gave me some options for replacing a 22 year old windshield (time for new one) and the price was reasonable, thought it would be a lot more. Showed up next morning at 9A.M. and he was done by 10A.M. having removed and replaced with new one, including responding to a incoming customer. “I wound up at Glass America through a referral from my car dealer after Safelite in Franklin and Auto Glass Now in Milford (that had each been recommended by my insurance company) both failed to actually get a windshield to do the replacement, despite both of them texting and/or emailing every day for a week each that everything was fine. At least Auto Glass Now had the decency to call me the day before the scheduled appointment to let me know that they couldn't get it, unlike Safelite where I found out when arriving at their facility for the appointment that they couldn't do the work. In stark contrast to both, Glass America in Boylston said that they would call me to schedule AFTER they had the new windshield on-site, which took fewer days for them to get it in than the other two had each strung me along for. They were polite, professional, competent, and friendly, with a nice waiting area and amenities where I waited less time than expected for the work to be completed, as they finished earlier than they had projected. After experiencing how Safelite and Auto Glass Now operate I was questioning if ANY competent auto glass company existed. I now that there is at least one, so THANK YOU Glass America!”
