I sold my house in the area earlier this year and needed storage for the first time. I did a Google search and found Premiere in my town. From the initial phone call to today, Eric, the General Manager, has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I rented 3 units and he unsolicited did the market research to provide me the most competitive rental price along with explaining my options. Eric is a roll up his sleeves kind of guy I was not expecting in this industry. I appreciate the professionalism of this independent business along with the cleanliness of the units and overall property. While I believe the business is a very good one, Eric makes it standout given the effort he puts in to make the customers happy.

This is the best storage facility in the area. They have a good staff and Eric is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet in this business. He is more than helpful and accommodating. He keeps the place very clean and I have nothing but good things to say about Eric and Premiere Self Storage. 5 very big stars.

Great public storage spot. Eric is the nice man behind the counter. I think you will love Premier as it is completely secure and the grounds are kept in an impeccable state. The location has plenty of parking out back and is easy to get into. Right off 290. This is just a great public storage for your extra stuff. Extremely handy and easy to use. Eric rocks!

Eric is the best! Just moved back to the area and Premiere Storage gave a great experience. The biggest reason why is simple- because of Eric. He is accommodating and customer focused. We echo pretty much everything else others have said in their reviews. Friendly service, maintained facilities, clean and tidy grounds = a fantastic value. Still feel the need to shop around? There are other storage places located nearby and you can clearly tell a huge difference between them. Have a look for yourself, and you'll see why so many people here choose Premiere. Eric provided the ultimate in exceptional customer service when we needed to store our lawn mower for the winter. He escorted us to our storage site, and wasn;t pushy. Highly recommend this business if you are looking for clean, secure and affordable storage.Overall I was extremely impressed with the customer service from Eric and Cooper the Wonder Dog. NO worries here!
