“Our daughter’s wedding was outstanding, thanks to the staff at The Chocksett Inn. Tiana, the wedding coordinator, did not miss a thing! I was a bit anxious and wanted certain things to look amazing. She handled it all with grace and professionalism. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommend this venue for any event, and I am pretty hard to please🥴”

“Lots of bathrooms! If you've been other venues you know how important that is ! Great consesiom food at a reasonable price. Lots of entry doors makes for short entrance lines. Very family friendly”
“Reasonable priced place with adequate hours and no hidden cost. The best part i liked about them is they have a clear documentation work in place and the host gave us all the information clearly before we completed the application. The staff during the handover was also very helpful and waited for us out of the way to accommodate us.”

“Bowling is the new way to a. getaway, b. burn off stress, c. exercise, d. be alone or socialize. (pick one or more) and Bowlero Shrewsbury has been a 'pretty good experience'. I say that because obviously, the older the bowling alley, the more structural challenges expected BUT the staff I've met, (Aaron, good guy) is very, very nice, listens & tries to accommodate. Breathing new life into the place starts with new people and ideas and just meeting a new manager, Mike, I can tell he's the right fit. He's customer-focused, wants to help learn , wants to fix what needs fixing, wants everyone to have a great experience.”

“The lobby construction definitely gave a rough first impression, but the room was very nice. Staff was helpful, although although not as knowledgeable (they didn't know what time breakfast started). Overall, the room exceeded expectations, and everything else was decent.”
“Great place to stay for the price. Guest services are super nice and helpful. Nice pool area. Not a super busy place. Rooms are decent - not dirty, don't smell bad, quiet sleeping area. No in room coffee but coffee in the lobby. Restaurant attached was good - decent food. Waitresses were great. We had a big party in a side room and everyone had a great time. Overall definitely would use this place again on my trip to this area (we traveled to Fitchburg).”
“Stayed one night, very convenient to U Mass Medical Center. Room was clean, bed comfy...upholstered chairs were a bit frayed but no biggie. Made use of the large work desk and TV in the room. Took us a minute to figure out it also operates as a homeless shelter. Why were so many people wandering the hotel in their PJ's!! The clientele also made breakfast in the way too small 2nd floor breakfast room interesting! Staff is aggressive but in their defense some folks don't understand how to act in a buffet. Left to there own devices, they would take piles of food, grabbing without the use of utensils. I watched one young man take all the bread and all the jelly packets. I get that he likely needed it but if your going to mix homeless folks with folks paying for a hotel, with amenities tensions run high.”
