I don’t usually write reviews. I have an old iPhone SE that I’ve had the screen replaced on at least 6 times and I’m on my 3rd battery. My former repair shop closed. I went here and the guy looked through his inventory and realized he didn’t have a screen so he took me to a kiosk by the escalators across from macys that they also run. The woman there replaced my screen and even put the privacy screen on for me and charged 10 dollars less than the last guy I went to who didn’t bother to clean the camera for me which was covered in broken glass and shmutz. I work construction and break my phone often, I appreciate people that are skilled at their job. This spot offers great work and customer service for a reasonable price.

I never do reviews, but since I spent so much money, I have to leave this for the next person, sorry. I made sure I had a good spot before investing in a screen replacement but this is the review I wish I saw before going. I got my replacement, the guy told me to pay extra for durability or whatever so I trusted him. Ended up being 175 for a piece of glass but that’s on me. 3 days later, set the phone down and it cracked again, right through the middle. 3 dayss man. I don’t know much about phones but that’s insane for not even actually dropping it. Went back and the guy told me I could pay for another repair 😂😂😂😂. How bout repair the repair? So ya, learn from me.

They replaced my daughter’s ipad screen and that replacement has been garbage. it’s still horrible and it freezes at times. please don’t go to them this is theft it was like $98 buck for this poorly replaced screen.

BY FAR THE BEST PLACE AROUND !! Don't bother going anywhere else !! Got a screen and back glass replaced in 45 min !!!! The employees were AWESOME, prices for a Samsung S21 screen were spot on with everyone else, EXCEPT their price included the labor. Everyone else was that plus an additional 100bux for labor. They even threw in the back glass at half price, a case at half price, and screen protector at half price.
