This place so so illegal and thinks they are entitled. They are not helpful to customers. They lied to me about a Lottery ticket that was a winner. because the code was overscratched they could not cash it! Another store had no issues readi g it and cashing it. My car was hit and their parking lot and the other driver took off. They claim there is not any security cameras outside so maybe I could of got a license plate number. Good to know. I hope the illegal immagrant felons, who like to Rob & loot stores don't realize this fact.

The employees are cryptids. I've only ever seen two people: a younger guy who doesn't seem to speak a lick of English, is always video-chatting with someone on his phone every single second of his shift, and thinks that he can insult customers to their faces in his native language without them noticing (incorrect); an older woman who also doesn't speak any English at all who is OBSESSED with deep-cleaning the entire place to a mirror shine.
7-Eleven notoriously hasn't been 24-hours in years, despite selling the stores as such, with posted hours both online and via storefront signage. But this location seriously takes the cake for being closed more than it's EVER open.
I go in at 7am? Closed. People standing around outside, mostly low-income folks like me who can't go anywhere else nearby to use their EBT. A sign on the door says they open at 5am. It's dead silent inside the store; there is nobody there.
I go in at 9pm? Closed. Again, people knocking on the glass, yelling, calling the store, even calling the corporate number. The frustration is palpable from across the street. You'd think Amazon forgot to secure the locker there with how many people are crowding around it with tote bags and yelling.
Like, I guess that COVID screwed everything up, but...come the heck on! It's not a pandemic now; it's ENDEMIC. It's the new normal! This is a GLOBAL CONVENIENCE STORE. You'd think they could work out at least a STATEMENT as to WHY everything is so inconsistent!
And hey, if y'all need an overnighter...I have experience working night shifts! I have personal defense training! I worked in retail for TEN YEARS! Lemme work for you! STOP TURNING DOWN MY APPLICATIONS WITH NO COMMENTS??? HELLO???
The only reason this review is rated so high is the state of the store itself is so ridiculously CLEAN. I think this is mostly due to that one employee who literally neglects customers to clean the whole store every single time she's there, but also...THE DANG PLACE IS CLOSED FOR 16 HOURS OUT OF 24. IT NEVER GETS THE CHANCE TO BE MADE DIRTY OR LOSE STOCK. SO I GUESS YOU SWAGGED ON ME WITH THAT ONE??? WHAT IS HAPPENING OVER THERE, GUYS???

I went just few minutes ago to buy a drink before heading to work but I left after I heard the cashier screaming at every customer. I'm in customer service too and I get it, some people are hard to deal with but yelling at every customer who walks thru the door it doesn't make you feel welcomed in this place. As I was approaching my line with the drink in my hand I heard her again yelling at the older guy who was in line. I dropped the bottle at the center fridge and walked out telling her ' don't be so rude lady, or you'll be loosing customers'. There are plenty of stores around.

It’s a relief to come in during my lunch break on a busy day, and to interact with kind staff. Even when the store is busy with customers coming in & out, all of the staff are friendly. It gives me hope that not everybody in the world hates their jobs, or take it out on customers. Lots of love & positivity!!

What can I say? I stopped on the way to another client to get a hot tea and I decided I would drink it later and make it later so I went with one tea bag and a sugar packets and enough cream for the contents to make 1 tea and proceed to the register. The cashier open my cup took out the contents counted how many sugars counted how many half and halperhaps made a comment on how many sugars I took there were 10 packets. Maybe that's a lot, but that's what you pay. So after he took out my sugar, my tea. And everything with his dirty hands that he just touched money with. He put it all back in and then commented on how? I didn't have a smaller bill for him that i got from the store ATM. Look there are a million 7-11 stores and i will never return to that one.

One of the guys that is in there and works in the afternoon is extremely rude and yelled at me and my friend. I also tried to call them today while it said that they were still open to ask if they had cinnamon rolls and biscuits and they did not answer my only way to get there is by walking so I wanted to make sure that they had what I needed, and they did not answer. I called more than five times.
