Keysha is an attentive active listener which is an asset in her role as a sales attendant. Keysha is knowledgeable of the company products to offer and teach customers what ALDO carries. Products like insoles and belts with the service of adding holes to the belt were unknown to me. Keysha listened to our needs, relayed her knowledge and we bought the belt and got the most comfortable insoles… and of course we got 3 pairs of shoes!!!Thanks Keysha!

I've always loved and recommended Aldo's handbags, but never shopped here for shoes. This was my last stop looking for my wedding days shoes and found my dream pair here (with a matching clutch!). The woman who helped my mom and I was so pleasant and made it a great experience, wish I got her name! Definitely recommend!

This particular store has a bad costumer service, your walk in to the store the sales people don’t even walk up to customers when knowing you’re seeking help, and very unprofessional.

Visited from El Paso Texas to find some shoe's for the weekend. Ended up in Aldo in Braintree mall and was welcomed with the nices sales reps I’ve ever met. Great place and 10/10 would recommend.

My mom and I have been shopping at Aldo for as long as I can remember. We love Aldo! As well as Eva. She’s an amazing worker. I met her weeks ago when I came in to look for shoes for my mom who was traveling, she was so patient throughout the whole process, very helpful even had some tips and advice to give. I came across her today she instantly recognized me, and was just as helpful, efficient, with a great attitude! We greatly appreciate her. Thank you so much Eva!
