Never been fitted for a bra before I came to Aerie. A very kind associate sized me and selected a few bras for me to try on. They weren't quite right so I asked for the next size up which is what I usually wear, and she brought them to the fitting room for me. She asked what I liked and didn't like about the bras and suggested a third for me, which I liked and was considering buying. She gave me a $20 coupon as a first time customer. At the register it turned out the coupon was only for specifically priced bras, which mine was excluded from, but the manager was sweet and overrode the price for me. I'm excited to try out my new bra and look forward to returning to this outlet in the future.

In the past, arie was not a place I shopped. I found cross over leggings that I loved here and wanted more. They were out of my size and a most articulate, well mannered salesperson named Nevaeh helped me. She went above and beyond and my experience because of her made me want to include aerie everything I go to the south shore mall. You don't always get people these days willing to do their job but to find someone who truly wanted to help with a smile made my experience extraordinary. I didn't find my leggings but did by something else because of this young lady. I was more than impressed and grateful!

Would like to let the Aerie manager know that the girl who’s taking care of me at the register today really hates her job as she expresses in disgust to her associate and no greeting or thank you or even bother to look at me.
