My mother's 6 month old Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working I called Electrolux they had APS Electronics send technician to my mother's home the technician stated he would have to order a compressor and it could take weeks and when it comes call to make appointment, with my 104 year old mother sitting next to me I nicely expressed my frustration and I escorted him to the front door, I called APS to find out when we could expect the compressor they had blocked my number I did *67 and got through the woman said they would not do business with me do to verbal abuse, I did not swear or raise my voice...the tech for APS is a liar

i came in with my phone destroyed, colorful lines and black dots all over my screen, could barely even use my phone. i gave the guy my phone and only 15 minutes later i came back and my phone was in perfect condition it was like nothing ever happened to it! he was friendly and definitely knew what he was doing.

These guys are professional, quick, and do great work. I dropped off a Galaxy S8 that I had taken other places and researched about and couldn't get it back to life. These guys diagnosed it in about 2 minutes and had it fixed in 25. Don't waste your time trying the other spots in the Braintree Mall.

They don’t even deserve a star at all. Some guy there burned my iPhone 6s Plus. He said he knew how to fix iPhones and the batteries. That’s a big lie! My iPhone battery was legit on fire. He threw it on the floor. I’m never going back there. This happened Summer 2020, My husband was also there.

These people did a terrific job with fixing my phone. They did at a rather low price, and my phone's screen works like it just came out of the box. I would definitely go to them if I had to fix my phone in the future.

I brought my I pad to repair the back light. I was told I need to replace the entire screen. The replacement screen stopped working in 6 weeks. I returned the iPad under warrant and they will not honor it. The screen jus stopped working. No visible damaged but the accused me of dropping it or pressing the screen to hard. Horrible business practice not honoring their warranty.
