After having had some unfavorable experiences at other AT&T locations, I was reluctant to go back into a store; however, Justin went above & beyond in assisting me with my service plan. I’ve found that many reps are not familiar with First Net, but these guys are great. 10/10 recommend to anyone who’s on First Net to come to this location for assistance.

My fiancé and I recently had to get new phones, and mine was lost/broken, the Braintree AT&T location is super helpful, kind and just an all around great environment. Specifically the store Manager, whos Name i missed, and a tech named Adam. Thank you guys!

Tracy was so helpful ! She helped me upgrade my phone and answered all my questions that I had. Very personable and had great convos while I waited for my phone to backup. Great customer service! Thanks Tracy I love my phone !!

Great customer service until they make a mistake and cannot or will not fix the issue that they caused. Wasted multiple days and hours of our time and money. Should have never switched from Verizon.

I came into the store to buy a new phone and worked with Adam. He was extremely helpful walking me through my options with trade ins and upgrades. Best experience I have had at an AT&T store.

Thank you to at&t in braintree mall my girlfriend got a phone from them and they picked the wrong color and I have been trying to return the old phone and Eddie and Tracy at braintree mall at&t helped us with this difficult situation i advise anyone to stay away from brockton at&t the name Joel was not helpful and messed up my girlfriend return. Please stay AWAY from brockton at&t if you have a problem please go to at&t in braintree mall Eddie and Tracy were so helpful and Im graful for the help they provided for us. At&t in braintree mall is by far the best

I walked into this AT&T store right before Christmas, as everyone knows that is a stressful and hectic time of year, and I was absolutely blessed to be greeted by an employee named Justin, there are honestly so many good things I could say about Justin and how he helped me but to be honest it would take me forever . I have NEVER in my life walked into a store and been greeted so nicely and also met anyone that works so hard in customer service and is as nice and friendly and pleasant and informative as he is. Even after all of was said and done which took some time cause there was a lot I was having done there at that moment and at that point he had done everything he posssibly could there ended up being a few issues which were not his fault whatsoever but he constantly stayed in touch and kept me updated until the issue was resolved. I am beyond grateful that when I walked into AT&T that day that I had the pleasure of working with him, I live about an hour away from this AT&T location in the Braintree mall, and Justin will forever be my go to if I have any problems or needs!!! So again, I would like to just say thank you to Justin for being the best customer service person I have ever encountered with. Your hard work and dedication is very much appreciated and to the manager you have such a wonderful employee which are very hard to come by now a days, I don’t usually leave reviews but this is one that I felt was absolutely deserved and needed to be recognized. To Justin, Thank you again for all your help I will forever be thankful for you and making my kids Christmas dreams come true!!!!!!

Very happy with their helpful service. We just walked in and they helped us with our iPhone. All done effectively in a few minutes. Pleasant staff - shout out to Adam & Justin.
