He was clear and concise regarding my vehicle's service timeline. Their techical staff went above and beyond to ensure I got my car back as soon as possible. Mastria Hyundai Plymouth is a real stand out among most Hyundai dealerships with customer service and attention to detail. I will choose them for my future Hyundai service.”

“Autohaus of Boston completed a major, engine out service on my F355 Ferrari and I have to say that for someone who suffers from much anxiety over having my cars serviced, and dealing with a new, unknown shop, this was the best experience I've had with any shop and any car. Totally professional yet friendly. I visited the shop after the service was completed, before the car was shipped back to me, and discussed the details of what was done, all photo documented, and a couple of other issues I need to personally address were noted. Highly recommended.”

We look forward to bringing our other cars here for various detailing and paint correction needs. Thank you!!”

“The Maaco staff & Krissy went above and beyond to fix my car after it had been deemed a total loss by my insurance company after a garbage truck did severe damage to the rear driver side of the car. This wasn't just a body repair but a true challenge - one that four other body shops did not want to take on because it was an older convertible with parts that were hard to source. After I explained to Krissy my attachment to my red convertible and that I was not about to let it go to the junk yard, she went to work and put a plan together that would breath new life back into my car. After only 2 1/2 weeks and under budget, my 12 year old damaged car looked like new. I am forever grateful for the extra work and patience the River St. Maaco staff did to professional fix my car and at the same time, save me money!”

“After someone unfortunately backed into my car in a parking lot and fled the scene, I was incredibly stressed about dealing with the repairs. From the moment I brought my car to Columbia Auto Body, the entire experience completely changed my outlook. The team was professional, kind, and extremely attentive to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. They handled everything seamlessly and made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my car, I was honestly blown away. Not only was the exterior repair flawless, but they also went the extra mile and detailed the entire interior of my car. As a mom with two little kids, my car definitely takes a beating — and it looked exactly like the day I drove it off the lot brand new. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work, but that is exactly what you get here. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and kindness during a stressful situation. I would highly recommend Columbia Auto Body to anyone needing repairs. You can trust that your car will be in excellent hands.”

“Matt and his team did a fabulous job on my car. Communication with Matt was very strong from start to finish. The detail was needed to address odors from forgotten food. However, Matt investigated further and found that there was an animal nest in the air filter. We are so grateful to Matt and his team for refreshing our car!”

“I had an amazing experience with Lecas Auto Detailing. I had a 9 AM appointment and unfortunately got a ticket on my way there, but he completely turned my day around. He generously offered to comp my detailing and took the time to recommend what my car actually needed to maintain the interior long-term. I really appreciated the honesty and care. On top of that, I wasn’t able to make it back before closing since I live about 30 minutes away, and he opened on a day they were closed to allow me pickup. Top-tier customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend!”

“Don’t be turned off by the initial look of this place; it’s an outstanding wash! The guys here bust their butts and do their best to give you a much better cleaning than any auto car wash. Special thanks to the GM who along with James, took extra time to clean my wheels which are a total headache (see photos). Note: Be prepared to wait, as they take time to ensure a good detail. Also, it’s cash only so plan accordingly.”
