My 1964 356C needed to be repainted in its original Irish Green. I talked to a number of folks before deciding on Baystate. Ray was very careful to point out concerns before starting the job. I am delighted with both the way he communicated with me and how he handled the car. I've owned it since 1967 so it was very important to get it done right. The results were spectacular.

BayState Collision was the lone bright spot in an otherwise awful situation. They repaired my Audi A5 to perfect condition after someone else hit me, at no fault of my own. Every person I dealt with there was kind, professional and caring. The owner even gave me a ride to the rental car place instead of making me Uber. I believe in the "top down" theory, and when the owner cares and works hard, it is much easier for others to follow suit. That appears to be the case at BayState.
I cannot recommend their services more. They do top notch work, and understand what customer service means, in a world where most company's don't.

I've had all of my collision work done at Ray's shop since the late 1990's. The quality of Baystate's work is second to none. Most recently, a few years ago, I had front end damage to my Porsche 911. Even to a discerning eye, it is next to impossible to realize that the car had front end repairs. The quality of the paint work was such that the color blended seamlessly into the fenders from the replaced (f)runk lid and replaced front bumper cover. Aces all around!

Could not be happier with the service and experience I received at Baystate Collision. I am a very picky person and unfortunately was not 100% satisfied with the original job. Baystate took the car back in, called in a paint specialist (unique color) and absolutely nailed it the second time around!! I normally don't leave reviews, but I had to after my very recent experience here.In short, don't go anywhere else but here if you need any bodywork done. This is especially true if you have a higher end car but they take special care of every car regardless of make. Their work here is very professional and high quality. They're the only Porsche Certified Collision Center within 50 miles of Boston I believe, so that says alot about their work.Everyone here is truly fantastic but I worked mainly with Ray and I can't emphasize how above and beyond he went for me, I can't thank him enough. My experience is that family owned businesses are always the best and the didn’t disappoint, starting with the personnel attention you get when you first walk through the door and are greeted by Erica. After review of the damage on my 2008 Porsche 911 my quote was emailed to me that same day and after visit by insurance adjuster I scheduled my appointment. Repairs were completed on time and beautiful done, always concerned with the color match but I was told they were the best. I couldn’t be happier with the great communication of each step in the process and quality of services that I received, ending with Ray dropping off my car at my home - now that service!
