Customer service is a complete waste of time. For some reason corporate is completely walled off from the customer. Store Managers also do the same thing. That's why you should not shop there. If you need a problem solved with your purchase, there's no one to help you unless you file a lawsuit or go to the news media. This is a headache you really, really, really don't want to have to deal with.

Exceptionally rude customer service. I pointed out to a manager that one of the prices listed on a product was half of what they tried to charge me at the register. I went back to double check that someone hadn't moved the product to the wrong rack or that I hadn't misread it. I was correct. The product had same name and barcode number as was on the shelf tag. I tried to be helpful and mention this to the manager as I left, assuming it was a misprint and an easy mistake to make. I've worked retail and it is an easy thing to have happen. He said that someone had put it back on the wrong shelf. I tried to explain that that was not the case and that I had checked for that and he said that it was the "wrong color" and told me to have a nice day. He then turned around and would not keep talking to me. I was shocked and left. I understand that retail can be a difficult business, but that was unacceptable. At best that was absurd laziness and rudeness and at worst it was predatory and illegal business practices. Regardless, that Best Buy will not have my business again.

Zach (one of the supposed managers needs a major attitude adjustment) Hoping this was a one time incident, but won't be back to find out - I have been a long time customer and credit card holder of Best Buy and have used the Braintree store many times over the last 20 years. My husband and I went to "buy" a very expensive washer and dryer and stood around waiting for one of the salesmen to help us. One salesman was helping a customer and one seemed to be chatting to the one working (so we weren't even sure he worked in the appliance dept) so after some time of waiting, this man was just standing there so my husband asked if he could come over and help us... the man's attitude right away was "what?" And then just stood there... My husband then had to ask again with an annoyed tone -and basically got the same response but he started to come over BUT at this point I witnessed the man saying "wow" behind my husband's back. I said to the man (I found out later his name is Zach) "no saying wow... what's going on?" He then said to me tell your husband to adjust his attitude.. like pretty much saying "he started it" I asked his name, which was ZACH, and I said you don't talk to a customer that way, and at that point he said we could leave the store now, saying "why don't you just go?" 20 years of loyalty and we get this attitude from a supposed manager??? Horrible way to treat a customer. We were so disregarded like trash. The only silver lining was being able to speak to Dante Williams (who was awesome) but seemed that he could do little to actually remedy the situation. Dante's too good for this place - not sure if Zach is an owner's bratty relative. Never stepping foot in this store again and will tell many people!!!

Bought a fold phone and iPad protector and gave it to geek squad there to fix the screen protector but they damaged and scratched both of them. No apology but gave a good day. Very poorly trained staff and no accountability. Never going back there again.

Worst customer service I've received in my entire life. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They delivered my AirPod Maxes to the wrong address, then waited over a week to send me a replacement because they kept claiming they needed to investigate what happened, despite them having photo evidence that it was the wrong building AND the driver admitting he dropped them off at the wrong location. Once they initiated sending me a replacement, it "got lost", and now Best Buy can't even tell me where it is. Every time I call, each customer service agent gives me different and conflicting information on what's going on with my order. It's been the most bizarre and frustrating experience, and they've made zero effort to fix it. When I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund, they said they'll have their internal team look into it. What is there to look into? They managed to mess up my shipment not once but TWICE. I don't care if they need to investigate their own inadequacies, but don't hold on to my money and my product while doing it. It feels like I'm being scammed at this point. Personally, I'm never shopping at Best Buy again.

These guys will still recycle old electronics. Old wires, chargers, etc. Just no batteries, rechargeable or otherwise. I usually just walk around and scratch my head at the prices however with BB doing away with physical media movies there are some good deals to be had. Good luck to you, best buy.Always been a favorite of mine as a kid. :D

I always enjoy stopping in Best Buy. The Employees there are awesome. You don't have to go looking for help. There's always someone nearby or they don't hesitate coming to you asking if they can help with anything. My answer is always yes please. There always very pleasant to talk with. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Just a great store. Always has been. I bought my laptop there yrs ago. Still up and running.
