Located in a commercial/semi-industrial area the hotel may not look as much from the outside, but rooms were meticulously clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Front desk staff was hit or miss, but in general everyone was friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to have our rooms serviced each day as when we asked initially were told they did not offer housekeeping for stays shorter than a week. The included breakfast was very basic, but they did offer choice of cereal, muffins, toast and eggs. Perfectly acceptable for this level of accommodation. All considered I would not hesitate to stay here again if I were in the area.

I was in Boston from out of state very last minute due to a dear friend medical situation. My friend passed away. It was a Saturday and all hotels were booked. I finally found a room at Best Western. The hotel clerk was so kind. She could see I was having a difficult time. My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. After I checked out and returned home, the hotel clerk (I wish I remembered her name) called me and said they found my ring in the room. The ring was not expensive but was sentimental to me. She mailed the ring to meat the post office and I received it a few days later. I'm forever grateful. Very rare that you find human kindness in customer service.

The front desk is behind thick walls of glass. It's not a good first impression when entering the building.... it's the type of thing you usually only see in "sketchy" motels.The hallways are extremely well lit--- actually were the brightess I've seen in 10 years.The floors are solid cement..which is a good thing you don't hear people walking around at all hours. It's a motel next to a freeway----wadda ya expect?The owner responded that they are over 1000 feet "above the highway"-- google maps clearly indicates that the business is only 75 feet away--- noise from the freeway was actually minimal from my 3rd floor room- but it was noticeable when the room fan was not running. Turning the room fan on hid the freeway noise pretty well.

Stayed here due to flight complications. Raj at the front desk made my very complicated night - into a happy experience. He was kind, understanding, funny, and very helpful.

Wonderful hotel to stay in. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, breakfast served every morning and hot fresh coffee 24hrs a day. The manager was very helpful in recommending the best places to see and best places to eat while we visited Boston. We greatly enjoyed our time.

Man where do I start! You can tell it’s a private owner that is frankly cheap! I stay with BW across the country and this is by far the worse! Let’s start with the rude lady (probably owners wife) she takes 20 mins to check you in like all they deal with is tiff raff and everyone checking in has to deal with their trust issues lol. The room I got was so small the queen bed was too small for it. The bathroom small as well the sink has to be out in the room. Over priced drinks is another thing, why triple the cost to make a customer comfortable, convenient I get it but my gosh wow on the prices! Next is the poor excuse for a “breakfast” it’s about as basic as the cheapest hotel but for that night they were the most expensive, apparently they live there because what seemed like the mother was walking up and down the hall with her walker after talking in another language for a few mins with what could be the daughter IDK just speculating. Any who you’re better off staying away unless no other option…. Just my opinion…Noteworthy details: It was really bad

There's no restaurant on site. The rooms are outdated. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. The night staff was great.

I stayed here with a hotel voucher after an overnight flight delay at Boston Logan. The manager Raj went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had everything we needed (toothbrush, phone chargers, etc.), and he gave us all of the information we needed to know about local traffic to ensure we could make it to our rescheduled flight in time the next morning. The rooms were clean, the wifi was quick, and the free breakfast was convenient.

Raj is the hero of this establishment. After one of the worst airline experiences with United, I found myself at this hotel. I was expecting more frustrations, but I was welcomed with a smiling face and great attitude from Raj. He told me everything I needed to know answered my questions, and the stay was great. The room was clean, spacious, and everything I needed for my couple hour stay until my next flight out of Boston!

I cannot recommend this hotel due to a deeply unsettling experience with discriminatory service. While the amenities were just average, it was the behavior of the staff that was truly disappointing.Upon arrival and during subsequent interactions, my family and I were met with coldness from the front desk staff. Initially, we attributed this to poor customer service or language barriers. However, my perspective changed when I observed a completely different, warm attitude towards other guests who were white. This contrast was stark and troubling.I took my concerns to the management, hoping for some resolution or at least an explanation, but was met with dismissive excuses.While the hotel itself offers the basic amenities, the service experience leaves a lot to be desired, especially in terms of equitable treatment. For those looking for respectful treatment and a welcoming atmosphere, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The hospitality shown to us by Raj and his staff was phenomenal. We had our United flight cancelled in Maine so they bused us to Boston. United airlines told us we would have accommodations provided in Boston. We finally were able to get a voucher at this Best Western. When we arrived we discovered United had cancelled our voucher while we were enroute. Raj told us he would get it straightened out and made contacts to get our voucher situation resolved. This was all at midnight! He was truly the bright spot in a very stressful day. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We cannot thank Raj and his staff enough. We would stay there again without hesitation.Rooms: Comfortable beds and clean.

Refused to cancel a reservation even though flight was cancelled. Requested to cancel only 30 minutes after booking.EDIT: Owner's response is not true. I called expedia, then expedia called the owner. Owner refused a refund under an hour after the reservation due to a flight cancellation. Expedia asks the owner, it's the owner's discretion.

HOTEL MANAGER IS RUDE !!!! VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND A LIAR! NEVER AGAIN ! He puts on a nice smiling face for who he wants to and be professional and nice to who he chooses to be nice too. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT COME HERE! HES A MISERABLE GRUMPY OLD MAN! PRAY FOR HIM!

Front desk manager/owner is very rude and unprofessional. There’s no workers but himself. This hotel had no room service, we had to bring all our trash and laundry to the front. I would never come back here!

Perfectly acceptable accommodation for a work trip. No frills, good wifi, full breakfast with plenty of choices and ample seating. I recommend.
