I want to give a special shoutout to Angel, one of the tellers at this Chase branch. Every single time I come in, no matter how rushed or stressed I am, he’s always in a great mood. He stays calm, composed, and professional, and never makes you feel like you’re a burden—even when things are hectic. A true gentleman who represents Chase extremely well. Customer service like this makes a real difference.

I would recommend this branch to anyone who’s looking to open up a business account. Wes was very helpful helping me open up a business checking account. he did a great job of explaining the process of how everything works and he even help me apply for a business credit card. Great service and great staff.

Fast service. Surprisingly, everyone was super jovial at 9AM on Monday.
It's always a great experience every time I make a stop there. One of the many reasons that I prefer receiving my services directly by the people inside, instead of through the ATM.

Called during business hours to inquire about opening new savings account, no one ever answered. The phone system says no one is available then just hung up on me automatically. I guess they don't want my business.

My bank was recently bought out by Chase, so this was my first time in a Chase Bank. The gentleman with the curly black hair and glasses greeting everyone was very pleasant. Then, when the line was getting long, he hopped behind the counter to help get people in and out faster. Very pleasant customer service experience.

My wife and I were treated like second-class citizens for speaking Spanish among ourselves while waiting to see a banker. We were asked about our immigration status/country of citizenship prior to a seeing a banker? Unbelievable, they nearly denied us service. Then the banker said he could see us in-between appointments, even though we had an appointment. I have been a Chase customer for nearly a decade, used their services in multiple states, and I contemplated closing all my accounts after this. Terrible, management should train the employees in this Braintree branch to treat everyone equally...

Had issues cashing cheques from a summer job. The staff here, especially Latoya, Yoconda, and Angela went above and beyond to help me get the issue sorted. They made multiple calls in order to get the problem sorted. Such friendly staff who value their customers! Thanks ladies so much!
