“I recently visited The Children’s Place at South Shore Plaza to pick up an online order. There was some confusion between the product description on the website and the labeling on the pants I received. Fortunately, Wendy and Leah were incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain that the pants only come in one type of fit, and it seems the website had some discrepancies with how it was described.

“My wife had to return 3000 dollars ish worth of stuff that she bought online. We felt soooo bad but our trip got canceled so she didn't need the clothes that didn't fit or the ones that did. The dark skin gentleman behind the register was so nice about it. The other white lady which seemed like a manager (with a BLM mask) was super nice too. I'm not going to lie I was pretty embarrassed. I've worked retail for 6 years when I was younger and even though it's your job, it's still a pain in the a*** I see negative reviews and I just wanted to add this because not all employees are bad.
