I had come across chris years ago while searching for someone who has the experience and produces the results for a total body transformation. I had always lifted but I never understood how to build muscle or how to fuel my body properly. Finally after years of following chris, I decided to reach out to him and begin the journey. Chris has been nothing but a great mentor and coach. Every session with him produced results and he explained everything that was going on with how my body was reacting. He legitimately knows everything when it comes to the human body. My first time working out with him, he knew all of the exact weights to give me just by looking at me.(which still blows my mind) He is always consistent and he is always there for me! My life has only gotten better and continues to get better. Old injuries from the past have gotten better as well because of him! I would highly suggest going to chris, he isn't just another coach who talks a big game. He lives this lifestyle day after day and because of that, he has completely changed my life for the better! There is so much misinformation out there and Chris takes the time to listen and understand the client's needs and goals and then goes out of his way to break it down in a way that is simple to apply and consume.The end goal is not the improved physique - the end goal is an improved overall sense of well being, confidence and discipline by fostering habits that can be repeated on a daily basis.Chris provides custom nutritional guidelines, exercise structure and also challenges his clients to push themselves to identify goals in all aspects of life: fitness, relationship, familial, work, etc. With this approach, you get the benefit of being guided by one of the top fitness professionals in the game and also develop the skills and character traits to take what you learn in the gym and apply to outside in life.I can undoubtedly say that Chris has helped change my life for the better. Alright ... I mean, getting married is a big deal right? I wanted to ensure I felt fit and beautiful on my big day ... so I was researching trainers in my area, and after speaking to several at local gyms, I realized it wasn't for me. A friend told me about Coach Simons and said I needed someone all inclusive. Upon meeting Chris, I felt very confident he could help me. He has 15 years of experience and his clients before and after photos look amazing. He also explained to me how he differs from other trainers and coaches and that was something that really stood out. He said "I want to optimize your health, and well being, as you lose weight and achieve your goal. You should enjoy this process, and my goal is for you to carry on with this, long after we finish working together." That made me feel at ease. I've always been "heavy" both through family history, and poor habits. I gained a lot of weight in college and was never able to lose it. I had walked into the consultation with Chris expecting to lose 15-20lbs, and was a bit surprised when he told me the bar should be set to 50lbs!! I didn't think this was possible given my adult weight, most of my life. Oh! But let me tell you ... he got my metabolism BURNING! I couldn't believe how much food I was able to eat (although it went from a lot to a little, back to a lot, and back to a little) but it taught me the right way to diet, and to exercise and for that I am forever grateful!! I wish I could afford Chris forever, but I appreciate him and would recommend him to anyone if you have a serious goal in mind! :)

Chris is an amazing coach. I've been training with him for over a year now and he really has helped me transform my body. I thought I was in decent shape before I started working with him, but I had no idea. I've lost more than fifteen pounds and built definition and muscles. Now even strangers stop me to compliment my physique. I also am constantly asked if I'm training to compete in a show. It's really unbelievable.Prior to working with Chris, I had several personal trainers but knew something was off with my regime. I was doing weights, a lot of cardio and barely eating. I am a vegan and ate healthy but just wasn't seeing results. Chris wrote up a vegan meal plan for me, with five meals a day and also changed my exercise routine. He decreased my cardio leaving room to then ramp it up. It's a science he has mastered. (I never thought I'd see better results with more food and less cardio but it really works!)I am truly grateful that I started working with Chris and there is no doubt I will train with him forever. It is wonderful to work with someone who sees the whole picture as opposed to just advising me on weight training. He is extremely dedicated to his clients and the best there is.

I recently moved to Boston and finally made the decision to hire a trainer because of several reasons. I gained a lot of weight during the pandemic and my back has always bothered me. I took my time researching what I felt was a good fit. After my initial consultation with Coach, I felt he was the best choice given his 15 years experience. I began with remote coaching and then moved into some 1 on 1 sessions where I soon realized I was not pushing myself hard enough. I’ve never felt so sore!!! But after just 2 months I’ve lost -11lbs, my strength has improved and my back pain is nearly gone! He designed a program to suit my needs based off what I shared with him. He’s also accessible anytime for questions which helps a lot when I feel weak and want to quit. Highly recommended!!

Chris walked me through my first ever competition prep, and although I was nervous and full of anxiety, he was reassuring and guided me to success. Never was a call not answered, a text not returned, or concern not eased. He was always available, helpful, and producing of results. Even when my show got canceled, Chris continued to work with me to perfect my physique to the best shape of my life. I would highly recommend him.

He's never been late or flaked on a training session, is always available by text or phone and has only been supportive and understanding despite my initial fitness level. I legitimately look forward to my workouts with Chris. Chris has coached me through both weight loss and motivational plateaus to a point where I'm eager to stick with it to see how far I can go. He's proven to be reliable, honest, funny, smart, humble, kind, extremely knowledgeable about his craft and laser focused on helping you achieve results.

I was struggling overall to lose weight - based on the fact I really knew nothing about balancing out my meals, correct carb, protein, calorie intake etc and was obviously being super lazy and complacent. Cardio was a foreign word to me. If you don't like to read to the end of reviews - I dropped from 145lbs to 122lbs. I found Chris and he completely revamped my diet, with good recommendations, advice on cardio and supplements and was continually patient while putting me through my workouts. He continually offers me great advice, is a good person - no attitude or arrogance and he is quietly confident while adjusting your diet and workouts in order to get you maximum results. As long as you are honest with yourself and do the work on your end, he will never steer you wrong. His dedication to his craft is really inspirational and will give you such a boost in your own life and desire to improve yourself further also. I highly recommend. There's not another trainer in the Boston area I'd work out with.

All I can say is coach Simons is the best. I had a lateral release surgery on my left knee in 2012. In 2016 my knee started bothering me again and I started gaining weight because I was not eating right and was skipping the gym. Then I lost 2 close friends of mine and depression added on to my knee issue made my weight skyrocket. 2018 I made the decision to change my life and through research I found Chris and it was the best decision I had made. I had my first consolation with him and 2 days later we started working together. I dropped 45 lbs and built some serious muscle and will be competing in my first bodybuilding competition on April 27th.

Chris is a very knowledgeable and amazing coach. While dealing with depression I was at my heaviest of 160 lbs and in about 6 months I reached my goal weight of 115 lbs. I continued working with Chris to put on size and get muscle definition and now I'm 3 weeks away from my first figure competition.
