Not family friendly at all. They say they have a daycare but that's just a 20 something trying to entertain 15 kids. They don't allow you to work out there unless youre 15/16ish... Lines up w certain agenda by keeping young men who are 13 from working out there. They are globogym to all the avg joes out there. Oh and once you sign that contract better call Saul to get out of it. They took over a nice gym with basketball court. Raquet ball. Cycling. Dance. a solid weight selection. All separated. Now it's just dance some bikes - in the open - it's nice and wide open, perfect for 20 something's to start at you from a distance and easier for older persons to approach you. They just took over a nice gym and turned it into everything wrong with this country today. Keep it young men weak ✔️..... Keep you stuck in a contract w previsions making it impossible to cancel ✔️. Setup the gym for men to creep easier ✔️. So I guess if youre looking for a sugar daddy or are on the prowl for a college kid this is the place for you.

Hire a new manager! Morgan has no empathy for the community here in Braintree. She lets men workout in the middle of the gym SHIRTLESS during school vacation week! I see my neighbors kid at the gym and it is horrifying. I've confronted her twice about how she allows incessant live-streaming, recording, photography, etc. YET there's months of reviews describing how difficult she is to work withWhen this gym opened, I rushed to get a membership! I've seen families, coworkers, neighbors - everybody here. Everybody motivated to get in shape and lose weight. After all of these years, I had no choice but to cancel my membership. This business needs real leaders; yet its treated like a nightclub

Similar issue with other members with cancellations. I ended up having to pay for an additional year of club fees.

Great gym love it here! All these negative comments must be coming from a group of people who are all friends! Fit factory staff and management team are amazing and have always been upfront with me about my membership.

I usually go to Kingston fit factory which is great . I came in here for the first time today and asked where the key hook is and I got a very smart remark and I quote “ right where everyone else is putting their keys” . Only here because Kingston is closed . Definitely won’t be coming back because of ignorant and rude staff .

Horrible gym. Minimum amount of equipment. You will never be able to have a proper work out as the few items they have are always occupied. Very dirty and lack of maintenance. Sauna and showers are unsanitary (mold growing). Always lacking paper towels and spray bottles to disinfect.A nightmare to cancel membership as well. Very easy to sign up right there at front desk but no way of cancelling. They will redirect you to a random website where you have to register to REQUEST a cancellation. I do want to point out I was on a premium membership with no commitment. Also requested to cancel before the billing date and they force you to pay for an extra month even though you will not be using the gym.Fit Factory in Braintree does not care about their gym members. They’re money thirsty, unsanitary, and unethical. Would NEVER recommend to anyone

Gym is clean and has a variety of equipment for both cardio and strength training. One thing I would like to see if they don’t have one is an ab crunch machine.

I am not a member as I chose to read the reviews first. I have been training at gyms for over 30 years now and according to your reviews it should never be that difficult to cancel a membership. I saw a bunch of negative reviews being unable to cancel with a response of just making excuses. If your team cannot handle simply cancelling someones membership then its prob time to get a new team. Needless to say I will continue my search for a new gym.

The gym has recently brought in new brand new equipment but has also increased their membership costs at a 100% increase. However, that is not the cause of my one star review. As with every gym, there will always be locker room theft and issues. With the wave of college students returning for break. I had my pants and hoodie in a locker room during peak hours and I guess someone assumed that did not warrant the use of a entire locker and decided to throw everything I had out of that locker and proceeded to take that locker which I find disgusting. This was during peak hours so lockers were scarce. Previously, I felt safe leaving clothing or other small items in a locker unlocked but after this accident I will be locking my locker from now on.*PSA: Use remember to use a lock on your locker or else someone may come in and mess with your stuff*

PLEASE READ. I do not want you to have the horrible experience I have with Fit Factory's harmful business practices. Read the reviews of this facility regarding specifically how they handle memberships and your money.I had to begin proceedings that would enable me to take legal action against Fit Factory to implore them to cancel my membership and stop charging me.Should you find yourself unable to cancel and losing money - please look into a 30 Day Demand Letter (google it), which will, under MA General Laws, Chapter 93A, Section 9, temporarily stop them from charging you immediately while they either comply with your demand for relief from their contract and billing due to unfair and deceitful business practices, or if they do not comply you can likely pursue triple damages legally. They'll cancel your membership.I am not speaking to the contracts, but to the deceptive business practices that they employ that make it nearly impossible to opt out of their memberships. It resulted for me in excess of $750 in unwarranted charges over seven months of battling to cancel. I moved an hour away and asked to cancel in person. Each time I was told that there was no employee on site who was authorized to cancel my membership. I emailed and called but was told to keep coming in. They continued to bill me while always being unavailable in person. They cancelled the minute I told them we sent a 30 day demand letter. They cancelled via email immediately. Yeah. They can cancel on the spot via email, they choose not to. They then noted they were "banning" me from all locations. THANK YOU JESUS.Hopefully it’s over. $750 dollars later, I wish the place/services were even worth an actual review.

I am not the type of person to write reviews. Completely unethical behavior from Fit Factory.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with accidental fees charged into my account. When joining, I signed the contract which states the $10.99/month and an annual fee of $70.98.A month later, they charged me a second time for the annual fee of $70.98. Additionally, they charged me a monthly fee of $14.99, which goes against the contract agreement of $10.99/month. To get my money back and to remind them of the contract agreement, I was required to discuss in person, which was a huge inconvenience to my busy schedule.A few months later, I froze my account for 3 months. Before I froze it, I confirmed with the staff member at the front desk that it would not charge me an additional annual fee later on. Fast forward, they charged me the annual fee AGAIN. I had to go in person AGAIN to discuss and they basically said oh well, we can not do anything about it. I tried to cancel my membership, but they wanted to charge me an additional ~$70 since freezing my account moved the annual end date. Again, this was not disclosed by any staff member when discussing the implications of freezing the account. All in all, Fit Factory has some serious management issues. I have heard many scamming issues from both close friends, and the reviews on the internet. Unfortunately, I can now say that I have experienced the unethical behavior from Fit Factory myself. Please do better.

So I paid for a " Paid in Full Membership" which ended. I was then told that I could re-join for another year and was unable to because I was moving out of state. Month's later this gym was charging my card without my authorization and have made numerous calls to them. Be very careful if you decide to join.. They will use your saved card and charge it without your concent and then give you the run around. I will forward my complaint with the Attornry Generals office.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Braintree Fit Factory's membership cancellation process, and I must say, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering joining this gym to proceed with caution, as their practices regarding membership cancellation are highly deceptive and frustrating.First and foremost, attempting to cancel my membership was met with numerous obstacles. The workers employed at Braintree Fit Factory proved to be incredibly incompetent when it came to handling cancellations. They made false promises, assuring me that my membership would be promptly canceled, only for me to discover later that I was still being charged for monthly payments. It is both disheartening and infuriating to receive empty reassurances, only to find out they were mere lip service. The cancellation process itself is intentionally designed to be excessively difficult, leaving little room for members to terminate their memberships without continued charges. The terms and conditions outlined in their contract are heavily skewed against the customer, particularly for those who may need to travel away from the state for an extended period. There is a distinct lack of flexibility and consideration for the changing circumstances of their members.Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from Braintree Fit Factory is simply unacceptable. When attempting to address the issue with their staff, I was met with further frustration and disappointment. It is clear that their primary objective is to extract as much money from their customers as possible, rather than providing a quality experience or accommodating their members' needs. In conclusion, I strongly caution anyone contemplating a membership at Braintree Fit Factory to reconsider their decision. The difficulties and complications associated with cancelling your membership, coupled with the unprofessionalism and false promises from the staff, create an environment that is anything but customer-friendly. Save yourself the hassle and potential financial burden by seeking a gym that prioritizes its members' satisfaction and respects their right to cancel without undue hardship.

Abysmal. Overrun with gym rats. You can’t use the machines. I paid for a premium membership and stopped going bc it was such a nightmare and they totally removed the women’s only workout area that was the only place you could work out without being on display for the CrossFit dudes. I haven’t been in months and for some reason they need thirty day notice on a month to month membership and they wouldn’t throw me a bone and not make me pay the extra $50. I won’t be back. I’m not moving out. You don’t need notice so you can find someone to replace me. This is unbelievably predatory. My original intention was to give it some time and maybe rejoin but I will not be rejoining. I can’t even get a towel from these people without giving them my car keys. Even BSC doesn’t do that. Spend the extra dough and drive to Lifetime. These people have no clue what customer service is.
