Joined a couple of months back, go here 3x a week.Must say never thought i'd continue after the first 2 workouts which were difficult, but the coaches were very supportive and the workouts really do make a change in your general energy levels and your fitness. It works 100%.

I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge on August this year and, for me was the first time I do CrossFit. Always wanted to try it and now, I love it.You should try this gym, the instructors are amazing, they explain to you the exercises with so much detail, they make sure you don't get injured if you're not familiar with it and, the challenge you to try more than you think you can do!Danielle and Patrick are so nice and when you're in the challenge they follow up every time to help achieve your goals, even when you're not in the challenge, they keep helping and motivating you constantly.I liked it so much, I signed as a regular member after the 6 weeks challenge. I lost at that time, 7 pounds, low down my body fat from 34 to 31 and, I lost 5'' in my waist .Thank you to all the team and, all the people I've met, there's nothing but good vibes there!

I was a bit skeptical joining because I have never participated in CrossFit before. From my first day in the program, the coaches took time to train me how to properly perform the stretches, exercises and continue to instruct in order to boost your skills. I also appreciate the diversity and inclusiveness at CrossFit East Coast. Not only are the coaches awesome but your classmates are even more remarkable and root for you every step of the way regardless of your abilities. Three weeks into my new CrossFit lifestyle, I must admit – I feel like a new, improved and healthier dad and totally wish I joined this community sooner. I no longer crave eating junk food and am boosting my confidence more and more each day. I encourage anyone interested in joining crossfit to consider Crossfit East Coast, you honesty have nothing to lose and so much to gain. There are simply not enough words to describe how great East Coast CrossFit is!

The best place ever to workout. Before here, I have tried many ways to loss my weight, dance studio, YMCA, and follow YouTube video doing exercise, I failed. Then I found this club on fb. I love it. Because great coaches, great peer, great program! I meet many good people here and make friends here! Good experience!

My second week in! I am not fit by any means! I hate the regular cardio. Gets boring! I love the vibe and the environment at east coast cross fit! Everyone is so nice. I feel welcomed! I feel no judgement from anyone. Everyone is worried about what they are doing and no anyone else! I feel this will be my new addiction! I am so excited I found this place! The owners Danielle and pat are super friendly! I joined because I needed and wanted a change in my life. This is a positive challenge and change !

1.5 weeks into 6 week challenge and feeling good! Goal is to build endurance and drop 20lbs. Coaches and team are very encouraging and accommodating, adapting WOD for me due to long standing shoulder issue.

today was my first class. easy to follow and they kicked my butt I love it, very friendly people who's all dedicated to help one another to push hard and for me I love a friendly Competition. gym is great and clean I highly recommend crossfit east coast class number 2 here I come!

This place is great! The six week challenge made a huge difference, and I will keep going. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and the workouts are tough but well organized for any skill level! I'm hooked!

I completed the 6-week challenge! Although I didn't reach my weight-loss goal, I did lose 7% of body fat. As long as you follow your meal plan and stay in a caloric deficit (for weight-loss goal), you will see results.The coaches here are friendly and super encouraging. The coaches and my peers helped me push myself to work really hard during every class.

VERY VERY HARD TO FIND AND THEN THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. HAD TO KNOCK TWICE FOR SOMEONE TOCOME TO THE DOOR. NOT VERY WELCOMING. THERE REALLY WAS NO EVALUATION EITHER JUST A FORM. FALSE ADVERTISING ALSO. NOTHING REALLY EXPLAINED ABOUT HOW IT WORKS.
