I just want everybody to be aware the have rats in the store I seen pop near the malk and near the coffee and they I seen it near the slim Jim's well aware there's mice in one of the worker who works there show me were the mice and rats go to eat they need too close the store

I have been a loyal customer for the past 9 years the store never has help the people behind the counter stand there all day long when there's never enough coffee to be made I understand well the manager does the best he can he does a good job as being the store manager but the people behind the counter stands there on the phones while there's no fresh coffee and this place is never clean they need to hire you better staff. They need to get better help in the store. The owner of the company should start looking at the cameras because they always on their phones and there's never fresh coffee in the place. But I do give the store manager well credit he does a good job by wanting the store and keep the store clean so I do give him credit.

For the last 2years this store has gone from not so great to probably the worst Cumberland farms store in Massachusetts. Stock is always low or out. Even right after delivery (next day). There is no space to make a cup of coffee.most recent is the closing of the store at 8pm

Friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot only has 3 spaces cuz the gas pumps take up so much room., but other than that it’s a great location.

They get a 0 on customer service.Especially when there doing other chores away from register they'll ignore you.won't even acknowledge your there.Also don't dare ask them for a money order the guy in morning will treat you like your robbing them...

My only complaint about this Cumberland Farms is their horrendous, awkward parking lot which is beyond their control. The store always well stocked, clean and the employees are pleasant.If not for the parking lot, I would have given this location 5 stars.
