I have been going to this CVS location for over 4 years now, the staff are amazing, my scripts are filled on time and punctually, and its location is very conveniently placed in Target. The staff remember me by name, treat me with upmost respect, and always work with me in getting me my much needed and important medical necessities! 10/10. MUCH better alternative to the Milton location.

This CVS is conveniently located in Target at South Shore Plaza, so there is plenty of parking. It is near the entrance, so it is easy to find once you enter Target. It’s usually not busy, so service is fast. The people working there are also friendly. My only complaint is that there isn’t someone working the front all the time, so it can be hard to flag down a staff member and get serviced right away even when there is no line. Note that the pharmacy’s hours are different than Target’s hours, so check before you go.

The store never opened, which cancelled my booster shot appointment and they never made it right. They eventually sent an empty apology with no explanation as to why the store was closed on a day it should not have been

Worst customer service! every single time I get in contact with them someone is being rude and they keep you waiting in the line over 35 minutes! I don't recommend it at all

Lady took my photo and then like 15-20 minutes later another person came so they understaffed the store unbelievable!No Consumer Value Here.

The people working there don't seem to know what they are doing and they don't seem to have any idea of what customer service is. Since I won't be going back, I had my prescription transferred to a different store a town over knowing they can at least handle the simpler questions.
