Gloria the cashier saved the day. I had a $25 g. C that would not scan it had to be put in manually. CVS IT needs to figure out why GC don't scan.

I have CVS pharmacy listed on my whole family PCP places, every time there is a prescription it never been a straight forward transaction with CVS, most of the medicines they won't have it so they try to get alternate prescriptions from the doctors, I feel its a scam because the alternates they change are way costlier and they are not generic medicines (generic ones you get for way cheaper). No automated message saying your prescription is ready, I remember this automated message used to be in place in the past, when you call them to get the status you need to spend at least 5 minutes pressing buttons or answering the bot with Asian accent which it doesn't understand! finally you reach someone from whom first you get a dumb question then a dumb answer before they actually try and understand what you are actually there for!! tell me one thing why do you call CVS pharmacy? prescription only right? why can't you just ask that as a default question???CVS being a corporate should have sufficient staffing, regular and generic medicines, prompt customer service and upgrade their technology, when was the last time you did CSAT survey with your pharmacy customers CVS?? I am going to update my pharmacy preference to Walgreens and see how it goes.

The pharmacy staff at this Braintree location are professional, courteous, and extremely helpful, so much so that I have transferred all my pre-scription’s from CVS Southern Artery to here.

I had a return made at this location and the cashier was very rude. Stating next time I have to go back to the cvs that I made the purchase at because they would get charged for it. I didn’t know what it means but it was a $12 item and I didn’t think I had to drive 12 miles to make a return! Well guess I am not purchasing anything from cvs anymore. Thank you !

The cashier Kaitlyn was rude and disrespectful. I had a coupon from the store and she refused to scan it . She told me that I do have the $12 on frozen food. For a $4.00 coupon But ,that I should use it later on. Who does that ? Never , ever .

Paul, the assistant manager, is very rude and condescending. He did a horrible job. They should replace him.

There is a male and female in the pharmacy who are very rude when I call. Very lazy individuals and not professional. Don’t recommend to go here for your medicine. They hate their job and seemingly hate customers.

Lisa the pharmacist would not help me with my medication. I have a medication on back order and it’s Christmas and all she said it was sorry there’s nothing I can do. They could’ve called me a few days ago to maybe call my doctor to send it somewhere else because no CVS has it. If I had a car, I will transfer my medication and never go to CVS again.

the customer service here is horrible; it is quite evident that they hate their lives. go to any other cvs.

Did CVS forget to tell its employees to smile? A terrible after-sales service. A black lady at the checkout counter was very rude. I understand that she may have worked too long, was tired, and did not want to talk to her customers, but that is not a reason for treating the customer with a bad attitude. I asked her if there was another way to get a refund, but she didn't say anything and then turned her screen toward me. She could have just told me what was going on instead of standing there shaking her head and being impatient!

Had to call to see if they would fill a prescription that was called into another CVS since the other CVS was closed and they were super friendly and helpful and filled the prescription for me even though they were closing in 30 minutes. I am so grateful, my toddler was so sick and I just wanted to get her medicine started to help her feel better

I need to check if I had any prescription refills or if I had to call my doctor. You think you could just call and ask. Nope. First you have to get through a horrible automation system that isn't helpful, finally you can go on "hold" for the pharmacy, I sit on hold for 12 minutes, called exactly at 8 when they opened. No one answered, so I drive down there because I'm 4 blocks away, 4 people working, no one in line, and I ask my question. Takes 30 seconds. I go "Why don't you answer the phone, I was on hold for almost 15 minutes" the guy at the counter "we have only been open 15 minutes" Me - "yes, I called at 8", Him "Oh it takes 15 minutes for our phones to work"Not sure why everything needs to be so complicated and automated, it could have been a 30 second phone call and instead it 15 minutes of systems and having to drive there.
