My daughter had the best sales experience with Tanya and Rodney at the Braintree location. She was in search of a pair of boots she saw a month prior. They did not have them in the store and both Tanya and Rodney found them in another store. They were patient, helpful, friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Cell service can be spotty at this DSW since it's in the basement, if you're trying to use coupons or anything. If you don't need to use the elevator to get down, don't. It's usually dirty and stinky and slightly slow.
