Everytime I go to this bank i feel I'm being mocked and belittle by the black dude that works their he makes me feel very uncomfortable. He can be slight sarcastic like he an easily get away with disrespecting you in a way no one else notice except you..

I recently visited this bank to make a quick deposit and was initially charmed by the Hawaii-themed display table featuring cute sunglasses and leis. Thinking they were for customers, I picked up the sunglasses and lei for my nieces. However, my pleasant experience took a turn when a lady behind the counter confronted me, expressing her displeasure that I had taken items from the display without asking.
I must admit that I didn't notice any signage indicating that the items were for display only. In most banks I've visited, items on display are typically available for customers. I profusely apologized for the misunderstanding, but the situation left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable.
I would suggest that the bank clearly label items on display as "display only" to avoid confusion and prevent customers from unintentionally taking them. It's important for customers to feel welcomed and informed when interacting with the bank's offerings. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others in the future.

Once you enter the bank there is such a wonderful and warm greeting and the service was so quick and they answered all my questions. I'm glad I'm part of this beautiful bank.

I have always been given exceptional service here, whether I need something notarized or I was trying to figure my mothers estate out. No matter what the banking transaction, this bank always handles it professionally and efficiently. It is hard to find a good bank that will be there for you when you actually need them, I definitely recommend.

The Braintree branch used to be great . But the old saying it starts at the top . The branch manager is the worst ! Her lack of professionalism and poor customer service trickle’s down !
