Had an employee tell me that they won’t ship anything with dry ice in it. Then an older taller blonde employee came over and said yea can’t put dry ice in the trucks. Looked at the label I had already printed and said oh express! Can’t put dry ice on a plane! I said then why did they let me do it. She didn’t understand what I meant and proceeded to tell me that someone could be smoking in the cargo hold of the plane and what if there was dry ice in there, she was serious! Does she think dry ice is flammable? I said again then why would FedEx let me create a label and pay for a shipment that checked a box that it contained dry ice and also let me select overnight delivery? It even had the dry ice weight on that label. A third employee then walked over and said well we won’t ship it from this store. Just FYI FedEx will ship dry ice and will ship it overnight. Met a driver doing pickups outside and he didn’t know what the heck they were talking about not being able to ship dry ice.

one older blondish haired lady was helping me with a return she walked away for 5 min when it took me 10 seconds to pull up the email with my barcode so i got back in line cuz she wasn’t even looking my direction and then she came back and said “ya i don’t have time to wait for you to pull up the email” I told her it took me 10 seconds to pull up the email but she was already stormed off at that point. Sorry but I did nothing wrong and don’t think it’s professional at all to tell a customer that you don’t have time to wait for me to pull up a barcode. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN

I was calling around looking for a notary. The person I spoke to at this location let me know that fedex doesn’t have on-site notaries but they do have an online service. It took minutes and was painless! Thank you!

Great experience! I had a light photo print in a tube that was originally going to be close to $50 to ship via ground in it’s original packaging and would’ve taken 2 days longer, but Betsy helped me out by getting it into a flat rate box that saved me $25 and arrived in 2 days! Thanks, Betsy!

Was left at the printing services counter for 5 minutes after waiting in line for 5 minutes and being directed there by an employee. That employee then disappeared. Multiple employees ignored me and another customer waiting there. This is the third time I’ve gone to this location and either got turned away or did not get help/direction from an employee.

Highly disappointed in the service. I paid over 500$ for packages to be delivered by Tuesday 27th February to surprise my friend. It’s now only being delivered on Monday March 4th. To top it off lady recommended putting 1$ for value inside box even thou I said it’s 100$-150$ value and that caused issues with customs. I’ve never had issues like this and I’ve used DHL in past. Won’t come back waist of money. Don’t even deserve the one star.
