They dont know how to take appointments. Make sure you use the online or corporate number to make appointments because they will tell you your appointment is not there

We were on the road from Philadelphia area to Braintree on July 4th when the check engine light came on. We were able to make an appointment online for the following morning. The crew read the code and informed us of the issue. It turned out to be a code about a transmission problem, which Firestone doesn't service, but the information was very helpful and the manager on duty was great.

Matt is the best!! I called in a panic after hearing major clunking coming from my back rear tire. We had been on the road for 3 hrs and had an hour more to go before getting home. Turns out we had 2 broken caliper bolts. He had us in and out of there within 25 minutes. Thank you so much Matt!!!!

I made an appointment to get 4 new tires and an alignment, 4 days in advance. I showed up and the price somehow increased by $200, which I agreed to because I wasn’t about to go somewhere else at this point. And then I was in the waiting room and realized after an hour that my car was still sitting in the parking lot. When I asked they said “yeah, we don’t always take the car exactly at the appointment time because there are other cars ahead of you”. I’m sorry, but thats not how appointments work. I would understand a 15 minute time lag, but an hour?? There should be no cars in front of me. If I made an appointment for a specific time, that means there will be a spot ready exactly at my appointment time.
They completely screwed me, I wasted an hour in their waiting room and I had to get my keys back and cancel the sale. Now I have to drive to Maine with bald tires. If my car spins out or I get into an accident, I know who I will be suing. Fix your attitudes and learn how appointments work. I dont care how low you make your prices, I will NEVER go back to a Firestone again. No discount or sale is worth dealing with this type of incompetence.

Manager was so rude to me and then said if u want ur tire fixed u can Venmo me. Don’t go here. I called corporate n they told me they get similar complete time.

Took my car to get a headlight fixed. When I got home later that night I noticed it was still out. They tried to blame it on a wiring issue. I returned to get the headlight fixed and miraculously, it worked. No wiring issue. Either they forgot to do it the first time, gave me a faulty bulb or did it incorrectly. I also went to have my brakes done. A few weeks later I started hearing a clicking sound everytime I pressed the brakes.
I tried to remedy the situation. The customer service folks I emailed were quite nice, but the staff at the actual store were pretty dismissive.
I won’t be returning to this Firestone.

These folks are not trustworthy. They diagnosed my tire problem and was happy to get it fixed. 1 day later, the problem was still happening. I brought it back, now they wanted to sell me a new tire.
After the 2nd diagnosis, I said forget it, I'm going some place else. On the phone the GM, tried to bully me that the tire wouldn't pass state inspection. He would not refund my previous costs. There are plenty of good and honest mechanics and tire shops in the are do yourself a favor and skip these guys, not worth your time.

I came to this specific location to check the air in my tire. & customer service was amazing. A guy named Shawn that works there was so helpful , polite & helped me fix my tire problem! Thank you

1008.00 for 4 disk breaks on a domestic vehicle isn't gouging, it's robbery. Being told that we don't use outside inferior parts, when I had ACDelco original equipment for my car is insulting. You charge more than the dealership for simple maintenance .I will never recommend you or ever be back.

Needed to install a new set of tires and they offered a very competitive price, also went in for an alignment with the lifetime package. I called to confirm I was able to drop off the car in the morning without an appointment. The service was fast and everyone was very friendly, though front alignment is still slightly out of spec (I'll just bring it back in later in the year).

Stopped by to swap out a warrantied tire and the place was slammed. The manager not only squeezed us in but actually dropped what he was doing to change the tire himself. You don't get service like this at any other Firestone.
