Bad customer service. I went in to exchange charger as I bought the wrong one. The girl told me I owed money to them(.21cent). I said that makes no sense should be an even exchange. Her response was I don't make the prices. I told her that was inappropriate to say to a customer she processed to argue with me about how she does not set the price. I told her that this is bad customer service you never say remarks or argue with a customer. Smh wow i will thi k twice before going there again!
Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

My go to and favorite store with massive selections for your young ones, teens and adult alike. The employees are very helpful, pleasant and willing to help with all your needs and concerns. The only bad experience was witnessing 2 gypsies acting like they just came out of a cave, high on drugs and out of their minds disrespecting the associates, working hard to checkout the customers. Please say no to drugs, ladies and gentlemen!

Night manager can’t be bothered to explain how their “new” checkout process works, just wants to scream at customers about “CoRpErATe PoLiCy” instead of explaining what’s going on. Asking as customer to their face “Can you read?” !
After Speaking with the store manager, it was made clear that this behavior was more than tolerated at this store. Will be furthering my discussion.

The bald guy with the accent has an absolutely HORRENDOUS ATTITUDE. I got confused about the checkouts and he IMMEDIATELY copped an attitude with me ("Can you read??" is what he said to me exactly!) and got in my face. I dropped my merchandise on the floor and walked out. I will be in contact with the district manager. Holy jeez he needs an attitude adjustment.
Edit: I called the store manager before escalating and he made it clear how little he cares. I was hoping this could be resolved at this level but I guess not. Apparently being hostile toward customers who may not be familiar with self checkouts that aren't really actually self checkouts is okay. And while we were being verbally berated, another customer checked herself out next to us, without being harassed. So now I'm wondering if it was profiling.

UPDATE: I read a news story and the self checkouts being used by the employees to ring up customers purchases is because of their stock price dropping as a result of theft. Who would have thought trying to replace regular checkouts with self checkout would result in higher shrink? I’m pretty sure a toddler could see that coming. Bring back the regular checkouts and stop looking silly ringing out customers on self checkouts. It’s also awkward on both the employees part and the customer.
Why install self checkout in the entire front of the store if you’re going to close all of them and have one cashier ring on them? If you’re not going to use them as self checkouts, you should bring back the registers with the conveyor belt.
Did you expect to people not to take advantage of them when you install as many as 8 self check outs and no close up cameras (I assume) or ones that show the screen and let the customer know they’re being recorded.
Other than that, this store is fine. I personally go there exclusively for the candy section.

Why do they randomly switch off from doing self checkout and doing it for you? It makes me uncomfortable. The store is organized but I hate the piercing booth. You should never get your ears pierced anywhere other than a licensed piercer. It’s dangerous.

I usually go in there and spend close to $100. I went and only spent $12. There isn't anything new or exciting to myself or the 10 year old.
