All the employees at this store has no basic knowledge of what customer service is and here's why: Two associate didn't know how to operate the register to print me a gift receipt. I went back the next day for a gift receipt and the associate said he couldn't print one since this purchase has been completed. I asked him to return the item and I'll purchase it again because I need a gift receipt. He had me sign a receipt and gave me a gift receipt without having me return the item. He just didn't want to help me. I would never purchase anything from here again.

Without a doubt the worst customer service going. No one acknowledges you, speaks to you, looks in your direction. One girl held up the wall and had a sour look on her face from the moment we walked in until we left - she was almost scary to be around. The staff refuses to wait on you. You have to walk up to them and ask to be helped and they won't measure your childs foot or open a shoe box - they do as little as possible. If I could give zero stars I would.
